The server was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu options. We had the seafood paella and the maple bacon wrapped dates and both were very good. The live music was great. They cater for gluten free and dairy free options.

I had dinner at Bodega in St. Albert recently. The restaurant seemed quite busy so reservations are recommended. In terms of food, I tried their calamari, beef pinchos, patatas bravas, and ricotta stuffed pepper:
- Calamari: 8/10: Nicely fried,, lightly coated/battered calamari
- Beef Pinchos: 7.8/10: Didn’t expect it to come in skewers like this nor cut up like this…Good flavour cookedness, mostly tenderness, but some pieces were really tough
- Patatas Bravas: 7/10: Quite different/overwhelmingly saucy compared to ones I had in Spain
- Pepper: 7.5/10: Quite interesting…good ricotta

Wow! My wife and I popped in to this fine establishment on a whim and were lucky to get a table (I think it's usually busy and it is advisable to make a reservation). Long story short it's exceptional. Food was so delicious. I don't want to get carried away with hyperbole but I was so impressed and we enjoyed our visit to Bodega in St. Albert so so much. We were in a warm and cozy restaurant in northern Alberta but I felt like maybe I was in the Iberian Peninsula somewhere. Our waitress was great (I think her name was Bailey) and I felt compelled to, as soon as possible, write a review of this place. The vibes were great and the food was amazing. Best restaurant in St. Albert in my opinion, and it isn't particularly close.

I came with my parents for supper. We ordered the Seafood Family Dinner (mussels - wonderful with the baguette, scallops, calamari, Piri Piri prawns, lobster risotto), Piri Piri Chicken and sangria. Food was delicious and service was quick and attentive! Highly recommended!

Excellent food, great atmosphere and nice service. It was surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night, fully packed the whole time. Unique flavours and everything we tried was perfectly cooked. The duck carpaccio was flavourful and tender. The pork cheeks were so tender it was hard to pick up with a fork, the sauce was delicious too. The garlic shrimp was fantastic, the sauce was delicious. The grilled octopus was super tender and not chewy at all. The mussels were awesome, the sauce was super tasty. The piri piri chicken was good, had a smoky flavour.

My husband and I took my parents to this location recently. We have been to the Sherwood Park location before, and much like that one, this place did not disappoint! My parents were astonished with the assortment of food and drinks. We arrived at opening so it was nice quiet. We appreciated the great service.l too. I always highly recommend getting the bacon wrapped dates as well as the mussels. If you love charcuterie, their meat and cheese board is also a fantastic option.

One of the best Bodega experiences we have ever had.

Bodega in St. Albert is one of many now throughout Edmonton. The space is very bright, clean and with a lot of style.

Our service on this day was fabulous. Very cheerful, helpful and funny. The only thing was we were asked to move for another reservation so there is a time limit. However, it was interesting that after we moved there were still empty tables. No matter...

The food was spectacular as with other Bodegas. We just asked the server to bring us food and he did not disappoint in his choices.

Overall, an incredible experience!

Yasmin our waitress was great! food amazing…We had Lamb chops/Braised Boar cheeks/Meat and cheese board/bruschetta with my favourite Spanish wine Juan Gil Silverlable Monastrell…..so delicious and bread was house baked and crispy on the outside
