Mandy just gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Her attention to detail was incredible, and the massage was amazing—thorough, relaxing, and not rushed at all. The spa is very clean and peaceful, making the whole experience feel like a calming escape. It was quiet, serene, and spotless. On top of all that, the prices were surprisingly great for the level of service. Excellent value and a truly luxurious experience. Highly recommend!

Didn’t have an appointment but despite being busy Mandy managed to get to me quite quickly:)
I’m very happy with my nails and how professional she was. The place & tools were sterile. Plenty of colours to choose from too.
Also, no upselling pressure- love that!

The name of this salon does not live up to its expectation. I booked an acrylic fill at this location because the reviews were decent compared to other nail salons in St. Albert. The location was also conveniently close to my home as well. I have worked in a nail salon as a receptionist for 4 years in the past so I understand the ins and outs of nails. I could tell from the very beginning it was going to be a bad experience. The nail tech who did my nails used a cuticle cutter to cut off pieces of my previous acrylic that was lifting. She did that to all 10 finger nails. I have never seen a nail tech do this and I understood that by doing this, the structural integrity of my nails would not be strong and would eventually result in my nails breaking sooner then it should. The shaping of my nails were horrendous. I asked her to fix the shape 2 times but there comes a time when you realize that a person is not capable of doing the job. After the second mention, I gave up on all hopes it was going to turn out good. As she was painting my nails, she was using a cuticle pusher to clean the Shellac polish that was bleeding onto my cuticles. I realize that certain colors will bleed making it difficult to paint; however, it can be done nicely without having to use a cuticle pusher to clean the edges. There are tiny air bubbles in the Shellac polish, my nails are uneven, and the gel overlay on my thumb is textured. I will include pictures to show others the results. I tried hard to make conversation with the nail tech during my time at the salon but she made very little effort to reply. I think she spoke four words to me during my time at the salon. I would say customer service is definitely lacking in that department. She was more concerned about calling her next client and asking her where she was then putting in an effort with my nails and/or experience. Never again will I make the mistake of going to a random salon just for the convenience of it. Don’t recommend.

Came here on Friday April 18, 2025 with an appointment at 1pm for lash extensions. I recommend to never get your lashes done here it’s the worst. My eyes are irritated and there’s a clump of glue that stuck some of my lashes together near the roots. The price was insane ($100) even when they came out bad. Few years back it was good but now it’s just very bad. The extensions are going to different directions and looks worse than any other person would do lash extensions.

Went in for sculpted gel nails. Lin did a fabulous job and gave me exactly what I was looking for. What I asked for, but wanted a tad longer and in black instead of pink. Love them! Thanks Lin!

The ladies there were so nice and knew how to do a great pedicure. Had no issue with my grandson there sitting on my daughter's lap. My feet were really bad and they brought them back to smoothness again 😂
