I hope the team can do something on the walking segment before swim to aqua splash , there is a space to be extended by 3 more segment so that short swimming esp for 6 years old kid, we went today my 6 years old shivering due to cold n we called for help n rescue boat came, unfortunately the company policy is only to rescue seriously injured guest .By shortening the area for swimming
and make it longer the walking segment will help many kids n adult with fatigue issue after spending couple of hours on it .

0n swimming back it is difficult for many adult to get ourself up as it has no place to step foot , highly suggest to add the foot step as the tiredness really make us adult has difficulty to climb without any stair n was lucky got a lady hell to pull me up .

Its a fun activity but it gets quite crowded. There's no limit to how many people they allow on the inflatables other than if they run out of life jackets. We went out for an hour and there was a section of the inflatables that we couldn't go on because there were to many people standing around in that section.

Before I begin, let me just say that the staff were awesome. Lovely young people.
We were not allowed to wear our 3/4 wetsuits. I have VERY tiny little girls, and they get super cold. We live in Sylvan and wear wetsuits all the time at the lake. Which, by the way, are very buoyant.

Then we got out on the wibit, and it was insane with people. Cheek to Jowl. It was absolutely horrible. They clearly are letting every person on to make money, and have zero consideration for safety or comfort. We left immediately. As they allowed another 20 people on the wibit.

10/10 do not recommend until they change their standards. I bet it's super fun when it's not overloaded with people.

Teerrible !!!!!

This place left the worst memory for our family of four. From the entrance, it started with an air mat "road" that was impossible to walk on—we had to crawl on hands and knees just to get through. But the worst part was that reaching the actual play structures required a long swim.

Our younger daughter, who just started Grade 1, was already exhausted and terrified by the time we reached the water playground. She cried so much she nearly lost her voice, and within just 5 minutes, she begged to go back to shore. The place was far too large, overwhelming, and unsuitable for young children.

We couldn’t make her swim back all the way to the air mat path, so we asked the staff for help—to put her in a boat or help bring her to land. But even after many desperate requests over several minutes, they refused. Eventually, our little girl had to struggle through the water again, nearly fainting from exhaustion before finally making it back.

We had only been there for less than an hour when we asked for a refund, but it was also flatly denied. This place is now etched in our memory as one of the worst experiences ever, and we will never, ever return.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

The Good: Aqua splash is as advertised. Fun for most, but very physical. Kids had fun.

The Bad: Not a place for younger kids. Lots of bigger kids bouncing and pushing... being kids. The little kids can't participate and are scared by the overwhelming amount of kids on the structure. The lake is not exactly warm. Was 26 degrees outside(mid August) but the smaller kids all came out exceedingly cold, blue lips and shivering.

The Ugly: The lot is filthy. Garbage is everywhere. Multiple garbage cans had overflowing trash which attracted a lot of seagulls and wasps. We came for a half day (2:30-7:00pm). The garbages were full when we got here and got progressively worse throughout the afternoon. Not a single staff member even looked at the garbage situation.

If the garbage situation is supposed to be handled by the town as you say (which I doubt), then that should be some that you (not the customers) should take up with the town as it is negatively impacting the reputation of your business. Take some pride in what you're putting out there for customers... you'll see a return on your efforts.
