Scrumptious food! Huge portions for the price

Server was knowledgeable on gluten free options. Vegeterian options available too. the breakfast poutine was perfect as a gluten free/veggie option .

For the gluten and meat eaters, I ate the roundabout breakfast meal and i was sure full afterwards.

A nice quiet place to grab a bite. Bonus that it's close to home! The food is here is unbelievably well priced. I had the blackened peach chicken burger my mom had the steak sandwich. The food was fantastic . I have never had a blackened peach burger (perfect amount of spice, with the sweetness). Service was great, very friendly. Lots of parking.

Canadian style breakfast. Quite heavy and plain food, very basic. I can’t say I liked the food, coffee was worse than at home, and overall experience was not great. Horrible fake florals and plants were around with lots of dust, looking cheap and dirty. I don’t think I’ll be back.
Friendly staff tho!

This restaurant is a family favorite! The food is always amazing. Our 3 year old even eats everything on his plate. The servings are always super big so it's great to come hungry. Staff are always friendly. I highly recommend the roundabout eatery to anyone.

We heard this was the place to go for breakfast. We were disappointed. We opted not to get the buffet. Our breakfast looked good but was not. Sausages were tasteless and had a weird texture I could not explain. Unappetizing. Eggs were overcooked. Hash browns were crispy but also had a strange flavor. Not what type of oil they cook with. The ham was also tasteless. Not smoky or salted. Bland. Bacon was good as was the toast and waffle. Would not recommend if asked.

My friends and I came here for brunch and the buffet was very good. The server was friendly but the hostess was unwelcoming and rude. I myself work in a restaurant as a server and I understand the stressful atmosphere of big tables. However, the way to manage that stress is not by making the customers feel bad for wanting a table for 9. She was clearly upset about our large number of people and proceeded to give us attitude. We stood there for a good five minutes while she made faces and was discussing what to do with us to the other waitress. This is not how customers should be greeted, there are better ways to deal with your stress in this line of work. Other than that this place had good food.

The only breakfast restaurant which was able to accommodate my food to be for celiac (gluten free) they went so far as to ensure i had different potatoes cooked separately. This was the third restaurant I tried trying to find accommodations for my medical condition so we will be back tomorrow. Great customers, service and food all around.

We went here for dinner for the first time yesterday.

First off food was really good!
My husband got the mushroom and Swiss burger and it was fantastic, the patty was seasoned nice, and had a nice crunchy sear to the outside, fries were meh and entirely way too many fries, which I don't think I've ever said before.

I had the beef dip and it was really good. The pretzel bun was super yummy and the beef was cooked well. The aujous was decent, I've had better, but I've also had much worse....it comes down to, would I order it again? And yes, I would - but I'd probably ask for a different side besides fries.

Kids had a grilled cheese and chicken fingers - my little one has autism so eating is tricky. The chicken was a bit overdone and darker (borderline burnt) than he's used to, it took some convincing but he eventually did eat it. If it had been more expensive I probably would have asked for it to be redone, because they were even too done for me.

The atmosphere was far from desirable, you can tell it's been around for a while, still had posters up for COVID and had makeshift plastic barriers between the booths. The booths were a bit dingy looking, but the tables were at least clean.
Menus are huge with lots of options. However, the physical menu is quite frankly gross and needs to be cleaned or redone in general.
There's also people smoking right outside the entrance so that's never welcoming.

Staff was friendly, however not the most attentive, especially considering there wasn't that many customers.

If I based my future visit only on atmosphere, I wouldn't go back....however, foodwise - I'd give it another go.
