Honestly I don't really have any complaints. Customer service was kind and attentive. Fabulous. Ordered a bacon onion and feta, it was great. The reason I'm not giving a full five stars is the Tuscan pizza was dry and stale and zero flavor. Other than that I would definitely recommend giving it a try... maybe just don't go with their specialty pizzas. I definitely would consider going back

I tried to order from the Blackfalds location yesterday, And didn't realize I accidentally ordered from Sylvan instead. Didn't figure it out until I went to pick up. I was unable to go to Sullivan to pick up as I had somewhere I needed to be. They ended up delivering to me thankfully because I had some hungry kids that needed to be fed. I was extremely pleased that they were able to deliver for me. I tried the mango pizza among a few other things, and I was pretty well blown away with their pizza. Unique and very tasty. I will be trying more over their menu in the near future. I can see myself being a repeat customer here.

We preordered pizza for the SCF game 2 tonight. Once we got home and opened our pizza we realized it was the wrong order. No sooner did we see the mistake, we got a call from Lagos acknowledging their mistake and wanting to make things right without hesitation. By this time we had already eaten and were not worried about things as it’s a busy night with the finals playing and we understand. Within a very short period of time we had a freshly cooked pizza made to order! Thank you for being so kind and acknowledging the error! You’re appreciated. BTW the cauliflower crust pizza is SO Delicious

Tried them years ago when they opened and they messed up my order 2 times, waited almost 3 plus years to try again after seeing everyone say how good they are. They are no better still messed up my order it was no onion add chicken on a Greek pizza, well still had onion second pizza tropic thunder had potential but was drowned in so much sauce it fell apart and was the soggiest mess I’ve attempted to eat and 1 order of fries looked like potential nice cut well fried but zero seasoning no taste for 55 dollars delivered it was awful will never recommend and will not go back hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake I made cheers. Sorry forgot to add mystery something maybe the chicken?

They have a great selection, we have tried most of the pizzas and had lots of lasagna, mmm. Good food, great owners. I'll be back soon.

I ordered small pizza and hot chicken wings. When the order came , I kid you not I thought they made a mistake and sent a medium pizza instead. Pizza was delicious. I asked for extra crispy wings and that's exactly what I got. I will definitely come back every time I visit Sylvan lake. Try it , you will not regret it!
