We were here for the Valentine’s Day $19.99 special which was butter chicken and naan bread (plus fountain drink) and I must say, it was a 5 star meal. It was prepared fresh and everything came out steaming hot! Large portion and made to your degree of spiciness! Service was excellent and friendly! We were impressed to say the least!

We were a large group for a birthday 🎂 celebration and enjoyed everything. Food was delicious, good portions and hot.
Our waitress explained the menu, how to order. Very welcoming .

The meal was delicious! It was served family style, and one bowl of food would have been good for two people! The Saag paneer was especially good! The spicing was spot on, mild was very mild, and medium had just the right amount of spice.

This was our first time here. We were a large group so it was a bit of a wait to get our food but EVERYTHING came very hot and fresh and crispy! The butter chicken was flavorful, the gobi pakora was perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside and of course the naan was excellent! Our server was very friendly and took great care of us. We don’t eat out much but we’ll be coming back

Worst restaurant ever. Me and my friend went there for eat in and she said we are unable to do dine-in orders only for takeout because there is something wrong in the kitchen and at the same time some people were doing dine-in there. They should improve their service. There are several popular Indian dishes are missing in their menu. last month my friend ordered food and he find steel wool in the food and when he showed the picture of steel wool. she didn't even feel guilty.

Mom and I went to Barrhead for Christmas shopping and stopped in at Barrhead Family Restaurant for lunch. We had wonderful food and such a sweet server. I will recommend going here to all. The food was flavourful and spiced exactly how we wanted it.

Just wanted to say if you haven't tried Barrhead Family Restaurant, you need to. The food is absolutely amazing. Got an order this weekend of Butter chicken, Beef Korma, garlic naan, cheese naan and Keema Naan and beef samosas.. Every bite was amazing, you wont regret it!!

We decided to try this new East Indian place, and we were very satisfied. The service was friendly, and the food was delicious. We had the samosas (good size, very tasty), lamb korma ( a nice big rich portion with plenty of meat), cottage cheese dumplings in rich yummy sauce (very tasty), garlic naan bread (very good), and mango lassi (sweetly delicious). The meals came out in a perfect flow, they were good size portions (we took some leftovers home), and the waitress was helpful and caring. I prefer classic East Indian music, and the background Indian music was a bit too modern for my taste, but it wasn't disturbing. We had a good experience and I am glad to have East Indian food available in this area.
