Recently visited Coco in Edmonton Tamarack, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the drinks and the exceptional customer service. The store was clean, organized, and welcoming — a great spot to enjoy a refreshing treat.

A special appreciation to the team , who went above and beyond to ensure that our order was perfectly prepared and everything was in order. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable.

Lovely bubble tea place. Staff are friendly, restaurant was clean and decorated for the holidays when I visited. Pearl boba was fresh, warm and soft. Accessibility: no accessible parking close, curb cut at the door. Restaurant is step-free. No automatic door. Bathroom is accessible but has no automatic opener.

Coco makes the best bubble tea. I love this tamarack location as it’s not as busy as the one on Calgary Trail and everyone is so nice and very efficient. Today I was served by Brandon and I was impressed by his polite manner, professionalism, kindness, and friendly demeanour. What a truly nice individual who does his job well. I will continue to make this my go to bubble tea place.

The waiting time is insane!! They just keep piling the drinks on the counter and no one calls out for pick up. Not enough staff working. The drinks are amazing but the service not so good.

Dude all i wanted was no chunks in my mango dream and that is what i said. This was first time they said we cannot do it and she even gave a stern eye to her coworker which i felt was rude but i can be wrong. I said that i have been getting this drink without chunks the whole time of course I request it to be like that. She said no we got in trouble because of that and we cannot modify the recipe. If the owner actually gave them a hard time because if my drink then the owner needs to understand that if people do not want something in their drink they will ask them not to put it in it. Its not modifying the recipe. The stars are only there because the drinks have always been good

I recently visited Coco Bubbles Tea 885 Tamarack Way NW Around 9 pm.Unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the unprofessional behaviour of the staff. When I arrived, I noticed that the employees were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. This made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming .
I believe that Coco Bubbles Tea could greatly improve by providing better training for their staff on customer service and communication. It's a shame because the place has potential, but the lack of professionalism from the staff really detracted from my visit. I hope they can make some changes for a better experience in the future.

Great spot. Drinks are always good and made fast. Staff are friendly and the manager runs the place really well-super organized and welcoming. Always a solid experience every time I stop by when I’m in the area.

Arrived around 6pm today. One other customer in store. One person working. They were on the phone taking a personal call when we (group of 3) walked in. Waited 5 minutes to order. Wasnt given any acknowledgement in that time. Left without ordering. Need better customer service
