We've been working with Arctic spa for a couple years on getting our Ocean swim spa in and they have been absolutely amazing. This was a dream for our daughter and we've had to deal with several delays while building our home and then getting the backyard ready. Arctic spas were very knowledgeable and incredibly flexible in working with our ever changing timeline.
Before delivery we had the pleasure of working with Danielle Vogel and she went absolutely above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed for delivery day. We ran into some issues with electrical but she made sure to get a team back out as soon as we had it sorted. All around wonderful people.
Thank you for helping this happen for our daughter! She is beyond happy.

Recently purchase a new XL Summit from Arctic Spas (Canadian Company) Was a wonderful experience. The team was very knowledgeable and supportive through the process. Wenda at the south side store was fantastic as we built the whole package. Instalation team was quick and efficient. Became immediately concerned as had an issue immediately after install team left, to do with a temp sensor fault. Contacted service, soonest they were able to send out a tech the following Monday unfortunately. That all said, a huge koodos to the technician, Luke Lemon. He was amazing. He was able to quickly diagnose and find the issue. Happened to be a bent wire likely from assembly (pinched by zap strap), talked me through what was going on, then on top proceeded to go through and double check all other connections and probes etc. Luke was an absolute pleasure to discuss and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the tubs, and on many of my long term maintenance questions.

Highly recommended for folks thinking of purchasing a hot tub. Look forward to doing a 6 month review.

Our hot tub is a nightmare. We were so excited to get a hot tub, and the sales associate(Wenda) was really helpful. She made it sound like the maintenance is way easier now thanks to the app.

In the year and a half we have had our hot hot tub it has been out of commission for periods of up to 6 months. We have had techs out to our home over and over but the problems never end. Since the hot tub was under warranty (5 year) when the issues started, and when they continued I have no idea WHY they will not replace it. At this point its just taking up space in our backyard and frustrating the hell out of us. Here are a list of issues with the hot tub:

Once the hot tub was set up and being used a family member got a significant rash. We learned that the app wasn't connecting correctly (the probe wasn't talking to the board properly) with the hot tub and it made the app show everything was fine. Chlorine levels were not being read, and it kept boosting the chlorine levels. My partner had to call Arctic Spa and said we would be charged for a new probe. A tech came out and found that wiring had been done wrong, and did the work under warranty. This within a few months of ownership.

In later months the hot tub turned itself off and completely froze in the middle of winter. Our only warning came far too late when the app stated the hot tub was not connected. With the whole thing being a giant chunk of ice we couldn't do anything until the weather cleared up. Once we started being able to break up the ice, and empty the hot tub it had been several months (January till May) without us being able to use it. My partner emptied it, cleaned it, filled it, turned it on, and within minutes the hot tub had shut off again.

We contacted Wenda via email April 28, and never got a response, so we called them May 17. They completed the work after a few visits, and the hot tub was allegedly usable again by June 4(a HUGE amount of time without it functioning). Then it blew another fuse and the breaker (please keep in mind our home is very new, the fuse box is appropriately equipped for a hot tub), and have since had several techs in, and everytime it seems fixed the problem persists.

I have no words for the amount of time, effort, and truly money we put in for this situation to end up this way. We purchased a brand new hot tub, had extra features, and it has been nothing but problems despite all the so called guarantees made by the savvy Salesperson. At this stage if they dont figure it out, maybe we will connect with the better business bureau, but at this point all we can do is warn other people. Do not buy a hot tub with Arcticspa.

I have had my Arctic Spa for 8 years. Best purchase I could have made. Outstanding product? We have had great support from the company from the day we brought it home. Arctic Spas is an outstanding CANADIAN company!

This spa was a replacement of a previous spa purchased from arctic spas. We needed a spa that better suited our changed needs. They arranged a trade in and coordinated the pickup and delivery! The delivery team was amazing and showed great creativity and determination in an awkward, complicated shuffle.

Getting pricing from them is like pulling teeth. Here's a tip for anyone reading: if you have to fight to get the price of something, you're going to get screwed.

Allow me to help the company with how a sale goes.
1) Customer asks a price.
2) You tell the customer the price.
3) Back and forth if/as required on specifics and services.
4) Customer enjoys their new hot tub.

Costco has Beachcomber, a direct competitor (yes, with fully insulated options), and I don't have to deal with this.

I cannot say enough about Arctic Spas; the quality of our Summit spa, the extraordinary comfort of salt water, the ease and simplicity of maintenance with Spa Boy, the helpful staff and their ability to trouble shoot quickly and easily, the ability to check on the spa remotely. We would not hesitate to recommend Arctic Spas to anyone!
