Le prix de la chambre est définitivement trop élevé pour la qualité des lieux.|La chambre ne sentait pas bon: une odeur de toilette à chaque fois qu’on entrait. Le chauffage etait peu efficace et très bruyant. |Il y avait des variations de la température de l’eau dans la douche.|Les cartes magnétiques fonctionnaient mal. Il fallait s’y prendre à 3-4 reprises avant d’arriver à ouvrir la porte.

À notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien reçu. Nous avons eu une belle chambre # 149. Loin de la rue. Près des restaurants. Grande chambre lit King. Air climatisée fonctionne très bien. Grande vitre donnant sur la rivière.

I was really disappointed with my stay at The Sword Inn Motel. I traveled a long distance specifically for the amenities like the hot tub and sauna, only to find the hot tub completely out of order with no prior notice. The sauna was extremely small and barely warm — it felt more like a closet than a relaxing space, and it was impossible to fit comfortably with more than two people.

The cleanliness of the motel left a lot to be desired. The hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the towels in my room had disturbing stains that looked like blood and other unmentionable things. It was honestly unsettling and unacceptable.

The only redeeming quality was the breakfast — it was surprisingly lovely and well-prepared, but that alone doesn’t make up for how unpleasant the rest of the stay was.

Definitely not worth the money or the trip. I won’t be returning.

P.S i asked if the carpets have ever been cleaned and they said its a motel not a hotel so my son was covered in black dirt from the floor.

Made an error booking and staff were not only understanding but helped us book a new room. Room was clean and well maintained. Had fridge, iron, coffee maker, microwave, shower, tub (jacuzzi)...so many great conveniences. Indoor pool was great. We didn't use them, but the hotel does include a sauna and gym.

Shower pressure was amazing. Tub plug was a little fiddly for me personally, but got it going in the end. Batteries in the remote were dead, but that wasn't a big deal. Can't wait to visit again! Thanks for the memories!

The buildings are on the older side but our rooms were clean and maintained. We stayed (3 adults) in the "family room" which had a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a living room with small kitchen sink area. It was nice to have the extra space. The building door near us tended to slam shut and the AC was a bit loud. At night we left the AC on in the living room and turned it off in the bedroom, and that was a better noise level. Breakfast was nice (options included toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins, waffle maker) and staff were helpful.

The road outside is busy but you can walk to all the shopping, fast food, restaurants. Nice park next door with a bridge over the river leading to a little trail and other parts of town.

In contrast to the attacks on the hotel, I want to thank you for the clean beds, absolutely quiet apartment, everything works shower, hair dryer, electricity and charging points, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator and iron. There is warm water. We swam in a warm indoor pool and sat in the sauna, it was wonderful. Zero in the park behind the hotel, there is an exit to the river right behind the hotel, where you can relax with your family, eat, walk along the green grass. Everything is neat and tidy. Our room was in a separate one-story block. The hotel is in the city center, everything is within walking distance. We will definitely come back. Breakfast as usual: coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt and baked waffles.
