I have been seeing Janine for nearly four years for all my skincare needs; recently completing three sessions of microneedling. Janine is so friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and extremly passionate about what she does. My skin looks the best it ever has because of her.

Skye is always so welcoming and personable when you walk into the clinic. She is quick to help you find your products and accommodate your bookings. She will always be the first to recognize a familiar face.

I had an incredible experience at Spa MD and can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Sky and Mandeep are absolute gems—they went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and pampered throughout my visit.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. Not only did I purchase the Thermage treatment ($2499) but I also recommended my mother (73 yrs old) to also purchase it! There was absolutely no reluctancy to offer her age of skin this expensive treatment - even though I think they knew it would not produce the desired results. They took our before photos and although there was never a 'guarantee' of results, the treatment was definitely promoted to deliver results. In addition to the after photos they said they would do after 6 months, they also promise a free facial. Neither my mother or I received any follow up calls - no 'after photos' were taken - and neither of us received our free facial after 6 months. Just $5,000 completely wasted. Very disappointing - both the actual treatment - and the lack of communication or aftercare follow through.
