Shannon is so knowledgeable and experienced bringing a balance of new and ancient healing techniques...I have learned so much from her and she went above and beyond to put me in touch with her contacts to enhance my situation. I have also seen Christa for cosmetic purposes and she is an expert in her field! I made several visits to see Christa at The Arts MediSpa for laser treatment on my leg veins. She is so personable and fun, yet extremely professional. The results were amazing! I must admit, I went there with some skepticism, since I'd already gone to see a dermatologist and had several sclerotherapy treatments done. The results from the dermatologist were very disappointing -- very little change in the appearance of my veins (not to mention all the bruising and swelling). It has been almost 2 years since Christa treated my legs and the veins are still gone. The spa is very relaxing and soothing. Christa is very knowledgeable and professional. Treat yourself to one or more of the treatments offered -- you won't be disappointed!! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Christa and her team at The Arts Medispa! I first came in for laser treatments. Christa was very informative about the procedure and I was pleased with my results after 8 sessions. I also had microblading done and cannot express how amazing of an experience it was. Christa was SO thorough and patient as we spent over an hour getting the shape of my brows just right, and even more patient when she had to stop numerous times to let me breathe as I'm a baby with pain. My touchups were just as thorough. I'm very very happy to say I have beautiful brows thanks to Christa. Lastly, I had Christa do my makeup for my university convocation and was blown away by the beautiful job she did. Any procedure you need Christa will make sure you leave happy and feeling beautiful! I'll be back.

When it was Christa helping me out, all was good and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions I had she answered and her service was so good and thorough I actually took my mom to try out the Arts Medispa. However, recently Christa has been MIA and has new hires doing the laser hair removal who just don't care. The work and progress that I was seeing before was not followed through. I have patches of hairs that weren't even touched and whenever I mention this, both the girls would say okay and literally do nothing about it.

Also, I drive out from St. Albert for my appointment which is a fair ways away and I always show up early but the one day I was 5 minutes late the girl said she couldn't take me because she had another appointment coming in... I don't understand how that would have been an issue considering the last time I went in, it literally took one minute (I had my timer on my phone on) to do both sideburns including putting on the gel, doing the treatment and then removing the gel. What a great disappointment this place has been.
