I have been coming to Beauty Nails for 4 years now. I will ONLY go somewhere else, when I forget to book for an event, and they are fully booked. They are wonderful, always taking the extra step. I booked an appointment with Jen. She was double booked and sent me to another technician who was not able to duplicate her art design. I was also told she had a party coming and I was forced to pick a design I did not want. She did a terrible Job. I made another appointment for Jen to fix the damage. Jen told me on my next appointment I would get the design free to compensate me for the problem. When I came in for the next appointment she informed me I would not be getting a discount because she spent an hour fixing my nails. The tech who damaged my nails begin to make a scene trying to justify the terrible work she did. Jen also told me I will give you a discount and you can not come back here again. It was a demeaning experience. I decided to just leave. Here is a photo of my nails. They were crooked and the design was terrible.

I've been going to see all of the ladies here for the better part of a year now, and they truly never disappoint. I book for expertly applied Gel overlay to strengthen my nails during growth and I've never had a lift or a break, and I usually push to 4 weeks between appointments. I went someplace else while travelling once and regretted it deeply LOL

I'm super impressed. Very clean, professional and not expensive. I'm obsessed with my nails. Plus when I told them I'm a baby with gel nails and hate the burning feeling, they did small layers so it didnt hurt as much. Definitely will be back.

Usually a regular here and noticed the service has gone down. They squeezed me in for a manicure but she just ended up doing a shoddy job on my nails and and right when I sat down just said she couldn't do a full manicure and told me she could only paint my nails. If I knew she was in a rush, I would have not left my home to come back a second time. Not a great experience. Highly likely won't be returning.

I had the best experience with manicure. It seems to last long, though I would still consider the place I used to go to better than here.
The service is great, they are very cordial and nice. The only comment I have is the lady who did my pedicure. She was very friendly, nice and did her best but not getting rid of dead skin on my heels is not acceptable. I saw another lady doing a pedicure to someone else close to her. They had different ways of doing it which made me wonder why. I actually wished I would have gotten the other lady to do my pedicure because in all honesty I liked her job better on another client than the one who did mine.
This is a constructive feedback. I have second thought about doing pedicure here again, since it seems to be different from one person to the other. Thank you
