Beau restaurant chaleureux avec un soupçon urbain. Nos plats étaient excellent. Cuisine française/québécoise avec une qualité de viande exceptionnelle.

Adorable, cozy little restaurant in the heart of Beaumont. Google reviews recommended the maple tempura green beans and they did not disappoint. Piled high in a Quebec maple syrup can, these heavenly bites were crispy, hot and delicious with a tasty smoked maple drizzle for dipping. Yum! We also tried the French onion soup, poutine and pasta special which were also delicious. They use maple syrup in many of their dishes in a variety of ways, mixed with locally sourced ingredients for a very tasty experience. The decor and vibe inside were welcomed on a cold January night. No TVs just people talking to each other and having a good time. They accommodated guests outside with a fire and some drinks, and the chopped wood and toboggans made it feel like a cozy mountain chalet. Loved it and will definitely return.

We couldn't have been more pleased. We were lucky to get in without a reservation but we did show up as soon as they opened as it was a last min craving 😃. Service was amazing our server was knowledgeable and a straight up delight.
Food was spot on. If we are going to go out we want delicious food, we didn't feel heavy after but content. The tea lattes we had were once again spot on. Not overly sweet. You must eat here! We had one of the Benny's (one of the signature ones) and the poutine with London fog and a date latte. As well as their maple crunch donut to go. We will be back and bring all our out of towers here too !! Wilson, our service dog also found it relaxing 😎 lol

Been eyeing this spot for a while and got the chance to go today and I will definitely be making more efforts to go back. I had the pain au chocolaté and my partner had the aged cheddar croissant. Unbelievably delicious. Great price and love supporting local

One of my top 10 favorite restaurants! The food is consistently fresh, innovative, flavorful and masterfully executed. Their brunch offerings are out of this world - fresh crusty bread, real maple syrup, expertly-cooked hashrbowns and more are on offer. Their dinner offerings are just as perfectly executed, with their maple green beans being the standout. Poutine is made with a rich-handmade gravy very reminiscent of the one they use in Quebec, and topped with real cheese curds. The maple coffee is a perfect after-dinner treat to round out the meal. Although it's a bit of a drive, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

I always eat at Chartier whenever I come visit my family in Edmonton. My most favorite thing is the haricots vests which is battered green beans with maple aioli and chili maple syrup. It’s creatively served in a maple syrup can which adds to the aesthetics. Overall the food is amazing. Every time I come, there’s something a little different with the menu which I appreciate a lot. The restaurant itself is super adorable, the decor is so unique. Interestingly, it’s a culmination of the people living in Edmonton and it makes the place very homey. The servers are very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I am not a wine drinker so I wanted to try the beer they had but having trouble deciding. The server offered to give me samplers to see which I like better and I really appreciate that. The other times that I went, we were able to sit outside and they had blankets and a fire going and it was the most relaxing spot. I will continue to dine here every time I’m in Edmonton
