Hotel number 7 on our Canadian road trip and by far the best. The staff were just so good, helpful, friendly and welcoming. We had an issue on the first night with noise in the car park, by no means the hotels doing but the lady on shift soon sorted it for us. |The suite was big, spotless and comfy with a lovely jacuzzi in the room. ||Breakfast was the best we had too for choice and again the kitchen staff were fab ||Pool area is spotless with a wonderfully warm hot tub.||We used the laundry facilities, again lovely and clean. ||Free car parking and plentiful too. ||Asked for a later check out and they obliged so hassle. ||I absolutely loved our stay here , what end to our trip. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us.

I really liked this hotel, mainly for the great customer service. Everyone we met at this hotel, from the front desk staff, to the room service staff, to the kitchen staff, were courteous, helpful and positive.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the included breakfast was good. Someone vomited in the pool, but that's outside the control of the hotel, and a direct result of guests ignoring rules about drinking in the pool area. ☹️

My only concern with our stay was the proximity to the trail at the back, which was good for accessing for walking, but bad, allowing riff raff the opportunity to break into guests' cars (not that this happened, but we did see lots of drug use on the trail!!!).

In September, our group of 15 adults with disabilities and their caregivers stayed for two nights at the Bayview Hotel — and we’re so glad we did!||From start to finish, our experience was excellent. The hotel is fantastic for groups, and Alice, who managed our group booking, handled every detail promptly and efficiently. The front desk staff were all warm, welcoming, inclusive, and patient with the many questions and personalities in our group.||The pool was fantastic — open for long hours and featuring a waterslide that was enjoyed by everyone. The breakfast buffet was a great mix of food and honestly better than most hotel breakfasts we’ve had elsewhere. The location was also perfect, close to the movie theatre, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven for any quick snacks or essentials.||The hotel was very clean throughout, and we especially appreciated the water, tea, and coffee available in the lobby at all times.||We felt comfortable, supported, and truly valued as guests. Thank you to everyone at the Bayview for making our stay such a positive and memorable experience!

We had a good stay at Bayview Hotel in Courtney. It is right on a main highway and access is very easy. They have a large parking lot and finding parking was never a problem. It is included in the room rate.||The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We had a booked a view room but there really isn’t much of a view – overlooking part of the parking lot and some trees on the back of the property. The water is too far away to have much of a view. The room is a very good size with 2 double beds and a chair for sitting. It was clean and well taken care of. The air conditioning worked well and was nice and quiet. We slept very well. The room was nicely cleaned during the 3 days of our stay.||Breakfast was very good. I liked the fact that they varied the hot dishes slightly each morning so that you had options for hot food during breakfast. The dining room is very small though and it was frequently necessary to share a table with other guests.||My husband went to the swimming pool but it is an indoor pool and he said that it felt very muggy and had a strong smell of chlorine which he found very unpleasant.||Overall it was a good visit and we would likely stay again.
