Pretty disappointed this time unfortunately. We came here after skating once and it was wonderful. This time though, I came here for my birthday and as we live close by, it made sense.

I ordered a Bellini and I just got white wine and slushed ice. The server was kind and replaced it with a rum and coke for me. She mentioned that she has been hearing that not many people like it as it’s new this week.

The nachos were good. We were concerned as there was a review saying they were the worst, but no, they were good. Only thing I would suggest is to not use paper plates. It felt a little like nachos from a theme park and not a bar and grill. Plus it made them stick to the plate and break.

The pizza was alright. I am not sure about the dough, if it didn’t have time to rise or if it was mixed incorrectly but I could taste the sugar and see that it was quite flat. The toppings were nice though.

I feel that with some upgrades (tables for example) and some advertising, this place could be great, even during off-season.

The apple crisp didn’t look like much but it was delicious.

Fine as a place to watch some sports and drink. Friendly, good service from the young lady. But I wouldn’t eat here again.

Had a cheeseburger and salad. Burger was frozen patty rather than fresh made. Salad had what tasted like kraft dressing. Not good enough for $20.

Went for the first time before my husbands game, half way through the game most of us were on the toilet and lasted through out the night. Pretty sure the bar tender was drinking behind the bar. The waitress was great but definitely will not go back!!!!

If you’re looking for a great place for Bar and grill foods. You have to stop in. Boomers (lol I’m 42 so thought it was an awesome name)

Popped in got to meet Damon our server. The young man was amazing. Funny and helpful altogether.

Chazz got our drinks really fast and poured to the top like I like it. Good bartender.

We got the poutine, wings and cauliflower bites. Plus some beers and shots.

The cooks Dayton and Davinder cooked us up some awesome bar foods.

Poutine was fantastic. Dark thick gravy and a ton of cheese curds. Quebecers would appreciate this.

Wings were (and to my friends disbelief) cooked just right and with the perfect amount of seasoning. I told him I tried them before and liked them so he gave it a shot. And I won lol.

I don’t like to hot and cauliflower. So I only tried one of the cauliflower bites. And as it says. It was frigging hot and well yes cauliflower. It was actually pretty good texture wise. I liked the cauliflower but the hot. Not for me. But my friend said it was awesome. So I’ll go with his advice.

Come to the convention to see something cool. Come to boomers to meet some awesome locals and get some great bar foods.

The food looked great but the taste was just OK. The best tasting thing on our plates was the bread. Both the server and the guy at the bar were nice and accommodating.

Marguerite took such good care of our rowdy group! We had a great time with her, she was quick with refills, put up with our softball team energy and was soo nice!! Any restaurant would be lucky to have her as a server there!!!

Great service and classic pub style food. They are kid friendly as well which is handy when we are at CNC for our sons hockey and we want to grab a quick bite. They always have good food specials as well.

The servers must keep their hair UP and no nail polish.
A little more time circulating and a little less on their phones would be great...but the food was terrific!!!
