I have NEVER had service like this. 5 friends went out for a special occasion. We went for a show. Ordered wine. They only had 2 bottles chilled. We were the only table when we arrived. We ordered olives, hummus, cheese plate and two salads. The olives took 25 minutes, the hummus took an hour, the cheese plate took 2 1/2 hours, and never got the salads. Ww received a couple of excuses but never an apology. I was able to pay with credit card but others paying with debit had real problems

Was there at the weekend with friends to see a great local Jazz Quartet. The venue was okay a mixture of cozy and standard table chair seating, drinks were expensive with 4 drinks costing $55 - 3 glasses of wine and one $12 cocktail. No wine list so had no idea what one was paying for the wine - no itemized bill - rather strange to say the least. There was a $20 cover charge per person, which was not bad for a small place to be entertained with a great quartet. A little unusual for a place downtown to charge that amount mind you. Perhaps more advertising would have helped to fill the place - but Kelowna in general could do with better advanced advertising for key events. It’s different so been there, done it, probably won’t rush back.

Such a wonderful spot!! Dani treated us to a great selection of local and imported wines, as well as delicious vegan snacks with the Sommeliers Selection! This is a great location and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon!

Danielle at Buvez knows her Wines. She has extensive training and can really make it easy for you to love another one quickly. I was able to sample local Wines and imported Wines and found many of the local wines the Okanagan Valley is producing able to compete on the world wide stage. They are delicious. Cheers!

We attended an event at $30.00 per person and although the wine was good, the appetizers consisted of raw broccoli, raw zucchini, raw apples, olives, mushrooms and terrible bread. Never again!
