Malgré s'opérer dans un camion de nourriture, la cuisine parvient à sortir l'une des meilleures assiettes de nourriture que j'ai jamais eu. Le prix est bien plus bas qu'un restaurant, étant donné qu'il s'agit d'un camion de nourriture, et la taille des portions est si généreuse et tout est frais. J'espère qu'ils pourraient bientôt ouvrir un restaurant ou étendre la franchise jusqu'au Alberta.

Despite operating out of a food truck, the kitchen manages to pump out one of the best bowls of food I ever had. Price is much cheaper than a restaurant given that it is a food truck, yet the portion size is so generous and everything is fresh. Hopefully they could eventually open a restaurant or expand the franchise to Alberta.

Driving through town and needed a lunch break. We spotted this highly rated food truck on Google and decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad we did! We ordered the garlic ginger bowl and the poke bowl, and loved them both. The food was made to order, incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. And the owner was super friendly:)

Delicious! Ordered for dinner on a Friday night as we had been recommended by so many people. It did not disappoint.

We got the Tonkatsu, Garlic Mayo chicken and 6pc pork gyoza. We added extra meat to both of the main dishes as well as some extra salad. Plenty of food for two people.

Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

So I’m from Toronto, and on my drive from Vancouver to Banff I needed a quick lunch stop. Stumbled on this random food truck and didn’t expect much but now I’ll be thinking about this chicken like an ex I’ll never get over. I’ve had plenty of katsus back hom but this this was different. The sauce wasn’t just good, it was life-changing. Rich, silky, and addictive. The breading was crispy like a potato chip. Every bite with the rice and greens was a perfect harmony, like the universe lined up just for my lunch break. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

A warm taste of home when you're away from home! We were travelling for 7 days and we missed freshly cooked rice while on the go.

Kids loved it and so the adults! Their portions are perfect size. Even though they're in a food truck, the taste and quality is unmatched. Highly recommended and will sure to stop by again on our next visit.

It's hard to believe that you can find such authentic flavors and taste in the middle of the rockies, served out of a truck 🤯

There are a ton of healthy and flavorful dishes to choose from, perfect after a day of skiing!
