I will never go here again. I have been prior and never had this issue. I took a friend for a foot massage. They demanded I pay $10 each so $20 tip before Reflexology. They kept at it trying to get me to pay. I refused told him I was going to leave. They stopped, but I will never go back. A warning to everybody who goes here be prepared.

Absolutely disgusted by the receptionist’s attitude at this place. I came with a group of four, and at the end of our massage, she suddenly told us they only accept tips in cash. We only had $20 total, so $5 each—which is more than reasonable. But instead of being understanding, she got visibly annoyed and told us that in Canada we have to tip 20%. That’s completely false and frankly unacceptable. Tipping is not mandatory, and it’s illegal to pressure customers like that.

To make it worse, after insisting on cash-only tips, she suddenly let us use the card machine when she realized we weren’t going to magically produce more cash. We complied and tipped anyway out of respect for the masseuses, who were great—but her entitled, pushy attitude left a terrible impression. It’s a shame that such a poor front desk experience completely overshadowed an otherwise decent visit. Won’t be returning.

For about a year I've had a monthly reflexology treatment. I've had several of the staff and they are all good. Each one has a slightly different style and I like them all. I'm sure I could request someone but I don't see a need as I've never not been happy with the service.

Reflexology starts with a foot soak and while the feet are soaking they do a shoulder/arm/neck/back massage. Then they move on each foot and leg. At the end they use a warm cloth to wipe down the legs and feet.

Site is clean & staff friendly. I like to read during the foot massage part and if no one is around they turn the lights up for me. I usually bring a reading light so as not to bother others.

I pay cash and include a tip (price is fair) so I've not had any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. English has not been the primary language but I've never had an issue communicating with any of the staff.

They seem a pretty busy place but it isn't loud. Most people are relaxing or quietly chatting. It's a nice way to unwind.

I would suggest wearing loose pants or shorts. For the leg massage they roll up the pant leg.

My first time and I’m sorry to say, I didn’t like the experience.
The girl who massaged me was wearing a ring with her nails all grown, she was just scratching me through out the session, she use her elbow on my scapula, I was in pain ……. This is terrible.
The most annoying part, when I pay cash, they refuse to give me change, because the change is for the girl who massaged me.
This is not a place I’ll visit again.
If I have my way I’d have given zero star.
