I’ve been coming to Geeta’s for over 9 years now and the service is consistently great. The staff are quick, professional, and really good at shaping brows just the way I like them. I appreciate how they always make sure I’m happy with the results before I leave. The prices are super reasonable too, which makes it easy to come back regularly. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality threading without the fuss!

I've been coming to Geeta's since 2015 for threading and have always been satisfied. In more recent months, I've noticed a decline in the quality and consistency of their service. I came around 3pm on Saturday, April 6 and the lady who did my brows completely messed them up. When I got into my car and got a better look, I noticed they were completely uneven, one thicker and one thinner. I went back inside and she tried to fix them 3 times. After the third time, I said they were fine as I didn't want them to get too thin. I am usually not the type to make a big fuss of these things, but this particular experience was so disappointing that I finally felt compelled to write a review after months of tolerating bad threadings. Attached is a photo of what my brows usually look like in between threadings, and the threading I got done most recently.

Been coming here for three years to get my brows threaded and never received any bad jobs until the guy at the front desk started doing mine more regularly.

Last time in March, I left having to pluck some extras around my eyebrows at home and it looked unfinished. I basically had to do the finishing touches to make it look “clean”.

At my latest visit, after he had “finished”, I had to remind him that he missed a few spots and it looked rather uneven (under arch on the left and none on the right?). There wasn’t even anybody else waiting. Why are we rushing?

Unfortunately when there is nobody else to request for, I have to settle with his job. There wasn’t even anybody on site that I could talk to about this so hopefully this review reaches someone.

This salon has hired people who lack basic conversational skills are extremely rude & impolite. There is a man who answers the call when you call the Richmond branch to book an appt who is not fit to be in that job and maybe one of the reasons why people will stop coming to this salon for services.
I called in to book an appt for services which would cost approx $115.
I initially requested an appt for June 12th at 4pm, same man booked the appt . He was rude while informing me that the appt will be cancelled if I don’t confirm it within the next half hour and I will receive a text message for the same.
I waited for a bit and didn’t even receive any message. I called back to amend the appt as the initial appt was no longer convenient for me. Notified him that I didn’t receive any text message. That’s when he asked me to check my emails.
He hung up twice on me as he didn’t want to accommodate my request of amending an appointment.
His response was if you don’t confirm the first appointment, I will cancel it and thereafter “GO TO ANOTHER SALON DON’T COME HERE”
I asked to speak to the owner and he mentioned that she is not here and that’s when I asked for his name and he stated “I DON’T REMEMBER MY NAME”
For the kind of responses he gives to the customers, he will ensure that this salon will soon be out of business and will have to close down just like they had to close their Surrey location.
Forget customer skills, this man lacks basic mannerisms and courtesy to speak to people. He truly doesn’t deserve to be doing this job as he is a doing a huge disservice to his owner and her clients.

I’ve been coming to the salon for for almost 10 years now. They have been consistently very good, which is a testament to their training and experience. The store is always clean. Their prices are so reasonable compared to other salons, so even students can afford this place. I love how I’m always greeted at the door and the owner always tries to be present. In fact, Geetah herself has done my eyebrows for years and I always get complimented on them! Thanks so much Geetah salon. My go-to!!

Wherever I go, I pay close attention to the customer service, friendly greeting and overall experience of course!! Moreover, I only write reviews if everything was up to my expectations/ standards. At this salon, I must say- the team is awesome ( I mean each n everyone)😊👍🏻

Geeta (owner) is extremely professional (not only the way of speaking but also how gracefully she carries herself). The ambiance of the salon is positive/ calming in addition to the maintained cleanliness (all the time).

Raman does my face waxing and monthly facial…she knows how to build relations/ equation really well in addition to her friendly n welcoming nature🥰. Not only her, everyone working at this salon …they all are nice and friendly☺️👍🏻

I got a manicure here today in preparation for my upcoming wedding, and it was terrible. A man whose name I did not get gave me the manicure, and he ruined my nails. I had gel polish on, which he took off along with the top choice coat of my nails! He also filed my nails so badly that I don't know if they can be saved. I am really upset, considering this is for my wedding. If it was just the horrible polish application, it wouldn't be so bad, but messing to my nails like this before my wedding day is awful. He blamed me for not giving my nails a "break" from the gel polish, and that is why they looked so bad when he painted them. 1) I have been getting gel polish for awhile, and this is the first time that I have had damage to my nails 2) when I came home, I immediately took off the nail polish he applied and repainted my nails, and they are perfect. During the manicure, he kept bending my nails and telling me how thin they were, causing additional damage to them and making my skin crawl. He left nail polish on my cuticles, didn't even moisturize my hands whatsoever, didn't speak a word to me except to say that I looked tired. This manicure not only looks terrible, it also did unrepairable damage to my nails before by wedding.

EDIT: The owner of the salon replied to my comments generously offering me a complimentary service. I did not accept, since I did not want to come all the way out to Richmond in hopes of a better manicure. However, Geeta called me four times in a row a few hours I left the review. I was unable yo answer the phone, and this type of agressive behavior makes me not want to have anything to do with this salon. Two days after the manicure, my nails started breaking very painfully, and I was forced to cut them.
