Nous sommes un couple de 38-42 ans et avons séjourné 1 nuit. C’est une charmante maison calme, relaxante, et très bien située.
C’est un endroit parfait pour faire une halte, avec la vue sur l’eau.

La chambre est très confortable, très propre, salle de bain moderne avec douche de pluie, et avec une magnifique vue sur l’eau.

Le couple est accueillant, bienveillant, et gentil.
Nous avons eu des bonnes suggestions pour découvrir la région, ainsi que des bonnes adresses pour manger.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité.
Vraiment surpris et content d’avoir pu choisir comme option une omelette aux pétoncles pour le petit déjeuner. Également, la confiture était très bonne. Vaste choix de thé.

Par ailleurs, c’est un endroit sécuritaire pour la communauté LGBT+.

Nous avons passé un bon moment et je recommande ce charmant B&B.

Des hôtes charmants et attentifs. Une maison magnifique, propreté absolue, chambre très confortable, avec vue sur la mer et le port de Digby. Petit-déjeuner succulent et généreux. Bref, une étape incontournable.

My husband and I spent a night at Hillside Landing. We originally booked a different room with a street view but Jen, the host, was generous enough to offer us a room with the ocean view since it was unoccupied. Started out the stay on a high note already. Not to mentioned Jen was very welcoming and friendly.

Room - beautifully decorated. The bed is extremely warm. Bathroom is very clean with new appliances. We especially love the beautiful natural lighting through the many windows spanning the room. Watching the sunrise from the windows was fantastic.

Breakfast, prepared by Lisa, was delicious and beautifully presented. There was coffee, tea, pastries, freshly cooked eggs, sausages, hash browns, and beans - a true English breakfast as advertised.

On our trip through Nova Scotia and other Atlantic provinces, we spent one night in the delightful Hillside Landing B&B in Digby.||Jen is a wonderful, caring, and welcoming host and an inspiring person: Jen the gem!||||Her historic inn is beautiful and well maintained. The rate is more than fair. We stayed in the Vye room with a view of Digby harbor. The bathroom is carefully renovated and has an amazing shower.||||Jen prepared a delicious breakfast.||We were lucky to meet her warm-hearted mother, her mother’s husband, and friends.||It is Jen‘s wish to offer her guests the hearty breakfast she would enjoy as a guest||and to send off her guests feeling happy. We were more than happy regarding our stay and to have met Jen, but sad not to be able to stay longer.||||Thank you, Jen, and also Elve and Harry for your hospitality. A true B&B experience, Jennifer is a very gracious hostess. You share breakfast and conversation with fellow travelers. Restaurants within walking distance (once you conquer the hill). Thoroughly modern shower with plenty of hot water. Several porch or outdoor resting spots. We felt right at home. Definitely on the "come back" list.

Upon arriving at this property, we were impressed with both location and style. The house is perfectly located and our room, the Rutherford room was perfect. We had a view of the water, and the furnishing were exactly what we needed. Modern washroom was appreciated. Breakfast was very tasty and our host did a great job of making us feel welcome. Thanks Jennifer for a wonderful visit!

Don't hesitate to book this gem. Warm welcome, beautiful period property with lovely rooms and the most gorgeous bedding. Beautifully clean.
You can help yourself to tea and coffee downstairs and sit on the verandah with its lovely view to the harbour.
The guests sit together for breakfast at 8am. Everything you could want is there and served with a smile.
Well worth the price. You wont get better for your money.
