Started True Spirit Taekwondo about 3 months ago, it's an amazing place to train, feels like a big family.
Everyone is so supportive and truly care about each other. I feel better about myself since starting, I'm more confident, it's a very comfortable place.

my girls also train here and they absolutely love it, Master Jatin is amazing with kids and everyone that joins he makes everyone feel welcome.

This is a very welcoming and accepting gym. There is a feeling of team and family and community. The training is great, it's good self defense education, its very good exercise and it builds confidence. The main instructor is wonderful with kids and adults and makes every class interesting and challenging. I recommend it to everyone.

What an amazing Master to learn from! Known Master Jatin for the past few years and the experience of learning martial arts from him has been amazing! Several years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Jatin in Cape Breton. At the time, he was commuting between Toronto and Cape Breton, having recently bought a home here. His family had already relocated while he continued to run his Taekwondo school in Toronto to provide for them. Despite losing his mother at a young age while growing up in India, Jatin developed into a skilled Taekwondo champion and instructor through his unwavering discipline, courage, and perseverance. His exceptional abilities and steadfast dedication make him a valuable asset to Glace Bay and the greater Cape Breton community.
