Chemin étroit en gravier et "ensablé" près de la plage...
Danger de rester pris si vous avancez trop près
Très grand vent hier... Très désagréable...
Mais la plage est belle et l'eau est claire un coup rendu

Belle plage, mais aucune installation sanitaire ou de restauration. Pas vraiment non plus de stationnement mais on peut se stationner sur le côté du chemin.

Nice sand beach, not busy. Protected area, as this is the breeding ground of some bird species. This is extremly important to keep dogs on leash and clean up after yourself.
No parking, you have to park on the side of the access road.
No washrooms, no changerooms, no lifegards.
Gas station beside the entrance of the access road to the beach, where you can use the washroom and buy snacks and drinks.

Minus one star for the potholed track from the main road and only being able to park at the side of the track (although some people ignore the signs and drive onto the beach). Gorgeous beach, mostly clean, a bit of trash where people park and can't be bothered to take the trash with them sadly. Dogs must be kept on a leash due to the bird sanctuary right beside the beach. Rather lovely scenery, especially on a sunny winter day when there's no-one else around! I'd love to see the track maintained and it made more clear where to park and where not to park. Trash cans would be great for those who don't plan ahead!

Access to the beach is horrible if you have a physical disability. This is as close as you can get. Have to walk the rest of the way.

The waves are a must at this beach. Probably the best wave action all summer. Love that you don't have to go out to far to get a really good swim. The temperature is the best in late August.
The only thing that I would do to improve the experience would be to have change rooms with a good rinse off shower

Ein schöner, ruhiger Strand mit einer überraschend warmen Wassertemperatur im September. Leicht störend war jedoch, dass man nicht überall gut in tieferes Wasser kann, weil in einigen Bereichen viele Steine am Boden sind. Mit dem Auto kommt man sehr nah an den Strand heran.
