Not much in it honestly these days. It is nostalgic for a day gone by when malls still mattered and were the lifeblood of the community. Wishthe world still appreciated things like this.

Great mall, and I have always said and had been agreed with by friends that Sterling Mall has the cleanest Public Washrooms then anywhere. As clean as if not cleaner then most people's home washrooms.

Tragedy to see what this Mall once was and is now.
Mall ownership wants tenants, but here's the problem:
High lease rates is not the answer, nor is the outdated exterior and interior of the building or parking lot that's falling apart.

The Maintenance Man there, Hughie A, is always a pleasure to chat with. I only go to the $$ Store, but at least once per week, sometimes twice. But if Hughie A is there, and not busy, he is always friendly, and we have a nice little chat. The staff in the $$ Store are awesome. I prefer that part of the grocery stops more enjoyable than a Sobeys or Superstore stop!!

Great location with many stores that provides cheaper, quality necessities.
The only personal opinion which kept me from giving 5-stars is that it needs or could really use either a nice little convenience/mini grocery store ..as they have many of these in the cities.
With that it would create a "One stop shop" for pretty much everything and in a very accessable place for many people. It would also help avoid the trouble of finding/going to these stores either scattered(taking up lots of time) or something much further away.
All in all I enjoy this small mall!
