My husband and I recently had a couples massage at Leela Eco Spa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the spa is both serene and inviting, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. The therapists, Sarah and Jasmine were highly skilled and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable throughout the session. The massage itself was incredibly soothing, leaving us both feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Leela Eco Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch massage in a tranquil environment. This is my first time at Leela Eco spa and I had a great experience. Romana is the best! She is nice and kind with great experience. In the middle of the massage suddenly music got change. She went downstairs to let them know to change the music as the music was not related to spa. She made sure that I was comfortable. 10/10! Very welcoming staff! Receptionist is so friendly! I would highly recommend it.

Got a couples massage and it was so relaxing and service was great! Janiel was great and had great technique with the areas I had troubles in. She also had gave me some tips on stretching at home to help with my muscle strains. My boyfriend had Jinky and she was great as well! Would totally come back again 😊

I’ve been going for professional massages for about 20 years and have never found a therapist who meets my needs as equally as Francis. She is my go-to for all types of therapeutic massage relief. Her skill for breaking up the muscles I’ve been turning into bone all these years is amazing. She’s also great for a gentler treatment. I love her level of knowledge and comforting personality. The only way I’ll stop seeing her is if she stops massaging. Much luv Francis also I can point the front desk so friendly with different questions. I highly recommend it. Thank you, Francis.

Have never had a good massage here…. Have always left feeling exactly like I did when I walked in. You can hear everything from outside the door and even the rooms beside. They asked for my feedback last time and I told them that my entire massage I could hear bass music blasting… I assumed it was from Tommy Guns next door but the massage therapist told me it was Leela’s lobby music….. kind of insane to be doing that in what is supposed to be a relaxing, calming setting. The music overpowering what was playing in the room… it was anxiety inducing to be honest. I didn’t get a response from management. They clearly don’t care.

I decided to try one last massage therapist and they texted me days before to cancel my appointment saying the therapist was no longer available, they didn’t offer to reschedule or book me with someone else. That was my last straw. I find them to be very unprofessional and inconsistent. I’m surprised by the amount of positive reviews, I’m guessing these people haven’t actually had a good massage before so they don’t have anything to compare it to. Try Otium on the other side of Township, it’s way better in every aspect.
