This centre is amazing. My daughter is so cared for here. They truly love the children they look after. After only a couple months every person in the centre (even the teachers in the upper classes) knew her name and her quirks. She started as an infant and after a few days of transition she got all the cuddles she needed to settle in and even nap well there. She is now almost two and runs in every morning to hug one of her teachers. Atam, Priya and Wegdan in the infant room look after her as if she is their own and she adores them. Janet and Vicki in the front desk are always on top of everything. They go above and beyond for any seemingly silly worries or questions I have had. They have also accommodated for family allergies perfectly. They have a lovely clean kitchen where all food is prepped and a huge outdoor green space with trees for shade for the kiddos to play. This centre is incredible!

As a parent of a child with medical needs I was was scared and worried to place my child in daycare. The staff have made this transition so easy. They have all taken the time to learn, to ask questions and accept my little one for who she is. I couldn’t be happier with the care and support my child receives. She is happy to be dropped off, she loves the outdoor area and enjoys participating in the various activities. They all show genuine care and support for all the children in their care.

As a single parent of a child with special needs, finding the right daycare was a daunting task—until I found Kids & Company. From the very first day, the team has shown nothing but kindness, patience, and an unwavering commitment to supporting my child. Their understanding of both his unique needs and my challenges as a single parent has truly been a blessing.

A heartfelt thank you to Marco and Rebecca, who have worked so closely with my child. Their compassion, dedication, and patience have made such a positive impact on his daily routine. Knowing he is in the care of people who truly understand and support him gives me incredible peace of mind.

I also want to express my deep appreciation to Janet Hannis (RECE, RT) and Vicki MacGregor (RECE) for their leadership in fostering such a warm and inclusive environment. Under the guidance of Centre Director Janet Hannis and Assistant Director Vicki MacGregor, the entire team at Kids & Company goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and included.

As a single parent, I cannot stress enough how much their flexibility, understanding, and unwavering support have meant to me. They not only care for my child, but they also acknowledge and support the challenges parents face, making life just a little bit easier.

I am beyond grateful for the incredible staff, the welcoming environment, and the love they show every child. Kids & Company is truly more than just a daycare—it’s a community that cares.

We have been going to Kids and Company for 2 years now. We have been so delighted having our daughter go to Kids and Company. The team in the toddler room are loving, kind, nurturing and extremely intentional with the enriched programming that is involved in the classroom. My daughter is always excited to go to school and see her teachers. The supervisors are amazing!! They are very approachable and accommodate our hectic, ever changing schedule. I wish we found them sooner. We are so blessed to be there!

We are extremely happy with Kids & Co! Our daughter is thriving in their care—she’s excited to run inside when we drop her off and always smiling when we pick her up. There’s a huge variety of activities throughout the day, beautiful outdoor space, and the menu is full of unique foods that expose our daughter to new tastes. The staff and admin team here are excellent—everyone is very kind and the level of communication with parents is great. Highly recommend this center and the lovely Kids & Co team!

We’ve had a wonderful experience at this Kids and Co location. My son’s transition experience to daycare has been seamless. The staff are so warm and caring, which makes me feel so much better dropping him off each day. Would definitely recommend to other parents looking for care.

You guys are top of my list and top of my recommendation list for anyone looking for an amazing daycare! My daughter has been here for 2 years and it is bittersweet she is moving on to JK. She talks about her teachers and friends non-stop when she gets home! She talks about all the fun things she did indoors and outdoors! The level of care she has received here is beyond what I expected and the FOOD, oh my. When I get the e-mail notification she has eaten lunch, and I see what was on the menu, I’m almost in the car and on my way to join them! My daughter handed out her birthday party invitations, for this summer, to her close friends, which she is so excited about! I’m so happy I’ve connected with those friends parents so they can continue to be in contact in the future as they venture off to different schools!

We now have our third child attending Kids And Company on Kerns Road in Burlington. I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this location to any parent who wants their little one to thrive.

From administration down to the actual caregivers, it’s a well-oiled machine that provides a warm hug to your children when you can’t be there with them.

I put my full faith in my children being there and the meals they provide are better than what I bring to work.
