Recently, I had the chance to find a certified Mercedes GLA250 for sale on facebook through Infocar Auto Sales.

A very gentlemanly salesperson named Luke helped me with every detail, showing a super positive and patient attitude throughout the process.

He truly surprised me ; I've never encountered a salesperson as understanding , caring and customer-obsessed as Luke.

In the end, they offered me a fair price along with super excellent service.

Me and my girlfriend are fairly young and this was our first time selling a vehicle. We were speaking with the COO directly (I forget his name apologies, I tried looking it up, but couldn’t find him). We were fairly nervous about the transaction because it was a very fair offer and still a lot of money. He did everything and more to ensure we would receive the payment for the vehicle and even helped picking it up themselves from our home so we didn’t have to get a temp insurance. He also provided us a ride back home which was incredibly generous. I can’t speak for any of the other agents here, but the COO was a great person to work with. Thank you very much for your help and kindness.

I sold my Type R to them recently. Seamless transaction with Kellen. Showroom was clean and everyone was professional. Kellen will come to you to provide you a quote for vehicle. Easy going and pleasant work with. He explained every each process and how the vehicle was priced. Highly recommended! Still sad that my Type R is gone though 😂

这里面的Johnny真的笑死，我本来三月份找的James卖车，给了一个还算过得去的报价，说好5月份卖车的时候价格不会太离谱，服务态度好，但是5月初我又来准备卖车的时候，不知道从哪里冒出来个叫Johnny的招招手让我去他办公室，才给我的19年7万公里的X5报价2万8想收了，而且态度拽的要死，感觉我们爱要不要，我去别的地方问X5随随便便3万4到8，Johnny跟他还当着我的面用粤语谈话，给我2万8的报价，大家自己品吧，不就是想超低价把我的车买进再高价卖出，这个本无可厚非吧，大家谁跟钱过不去，但是这么低的价格确实第一次见，不管是西人的店还是华人的店。James用粤语说什么客户听不听得见之类的话，但是非常可惜呀，我们都听得懂粤语。
