Albert called me up demanding I send him receipts for proof of payment from over 2 years ago. He told me if I don't prove to him that I paid that they would send me another bill. Very unprofessional. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They also left black handprints all over my walls in the basement when they initially did the work and I paid for a new heat line and they installed the used one that has electrical tape covering up a hole..

Sorry but very unprofessional. We had together another company to do the work. Thank God for Northwood windows and doors. Will always go to you if ever needed. Winmar your staff is great but your service is terrible. No one should have to wait 6 mths for repairs.

Having never made an insurance claim you can imagine that we would have some apprehension with the process, Albert was at the house the very same day after contacting insurance company- he was quick to diagnose and very professional and took quick action to start the repair process-
We feel very comfortable dealing with this company- however during the tear out, they damaged our new fridge and promised to replace the door they dented, but never did, as well they covered over the gas fireplace with plastic and they covered the thermostat, this is February, the fireplace came on and melted all over the doors on stove and overheated the fireplace, they promised to send out a technician to confirm it was safe to use but never did, they also overheated the tv and it quit working, which they did replace- I cannot recommend them now.

We were able to participate in choice of contractors and materials used. They effortlessly worked with our insurer giving us a carefree restoration.

Their ad says rapid responce, its been a month since the fire. Only thing that has been done is a fence got put up. All we keep getting is "we will be there this week." And no show. Call next week and same response. They won return calls half the time
