Nous sommes arrivés à 16h50 alors que nous pouvions déjà arrivé à 16h00 et à l'arrivée nous avons du encore attendre 30 minutes pour avoir une chambre de libre, de plus ils sont très lent à l'accueil. La piscine est situé au milieu de l'hôtel à découvert ou toute les chambres ont une vue dessus ce qui ne donne pas envie. Leur soupe française à l'oignon est infâme juste à la vue je ne donnerai même pas cela a mon chien!😨 et pour finir nous avons eu la facture de la nuit sous la porte une 1ere pour nous. Hôtel à évité. .

L'hôtel est propre et comfortable, il y a une piscine intérieure pour les clients||petit déjeuner excellent.||Mais pour le souper, le service est long 2heures, et le repas est médiocre||par contre la personne au service est superbement gentille

The hotel was great but the food was terrible I get it’s food but 300$ for the night I expected better the food was really cold and the eggs were chunky didn’t have much as an option when it came to meat only cold ham there was like no flavour in our French toast the best thing I had to eat was cereal which I could make at home and toast also no metal spoons only plastic not just that I grabbed a plate from the stack and it was still dirty it’s a nice hotel and great service but again I would want more for 300$ I hope if you chose to stay here you get better food then I did. And too add the hot tub was down and we had no information about that we were not told at check in about that elevators are also extremely small coild barley fit my family of 4 in there

This is a great hotel. I had a pool walk out room and loved it. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable. The pool was big and really deep at one end. The only reason for the overall 4/5 stars was the hot tub was like a cool bath temp. Front staff was made aware of the problem and did what they could but it just never warmed up while we where here. Will be back for sure.

This hotel is wonderful. All the staff here are amazing. It’s a pet friendly hotel , so we were able to travel with our senior dog.. The courtyard surrounding the pool is both beautiful and tranquil Love the location too . There’s a Park with a children’s playground within walking distance . Also under 10 minutes to a Timmies, gasoline Alley and Alberta Sports Hall of fame.
The breakfast offers eggs, sausages or ham , hot oatmeal, pancakes or French toast. They also have apples, yogurt and dry cereals. The juices offered are apple orange and white grapefruit.
We’re looking forward to staying here in the summer so we can explore the nearby trails. ( Alberta sports hall of fame has maps of the trails and they rent out sports equipment ( bikes snow shoes etc)

Nice hotel, easy check-in and out. We got a pool walk-out family suite with a bunk and separate room. Although those rooms seemed older, they were good for us as we mainly wanted pool access. The beds were clean, there was bathroom supplies (shampoo etc) and smart tvs in both rooms. The breakfast was decent, nothing special just your typical eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast and vegetables (the veggies were an unusual option for breakfast!). All in all, a good experience.

I noticed before booking that this hotel is either loved or hated. Put us in the loved category, we'll certainly be back. We had a double queen walk out to the courtyard. That was the best! No more going swimming and doing the crawl back to the room, dripping wet in an elevator. The rooms are very basic but were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, again, was very basic but we enjoyed it. The staff at this hotel have all been amazing. We live in rural Alberta and have to travel to the city every few months for doctors appointments. I think that this will be our new regular place to stay.

The atrium pool experience with the main floor walkout was very nice. It was a different experience due to lighting when it was morning vs. evening - so plan to swim/soak more than once. Kids brought their goggles and the pool is deep on one end so that was especially fun for them. The bunk beds were a nice touch to keep everyone comfortable. The tv will cast to your phone to play YouTube with a qr code.
