Such a wonderful first nails experience for my teen (for her graduation). Lily (our tech) was kind and so talented with drawing on the flowers to the nail design.

Very friendly people I got a bio gel overlay unfortunately my nails are already starting to chip. The nail polish is wearing off my my daughter’s got shellac nail polish. We were told that they would last longer. My one daughter’s fingernail no longer has nail polish on it. The other couple of fingernails have nail polish that is coming off on them. She is very disappointed as this was her first time in a nail salon, getting her nails done.

Great customer service, affordable as far as nails go and overall amazing experience. Water or soft drinks are offered as you’re getting your nails done and the staff are lovely. I do think they only have one english speaking employee but mange to communicate through him to the customer and triple checks that you like what you are paying for. Definitely my go to place for nails in peterborough, always leave there more than satisfied. I added pictures of what I asked for and what I got.

Well, I did my nail for the first time and it was really best experience of my life. I loved my nails after it done and I can not resist without looking at them it was that much beautiful. I like the way the staff gave me the services. Shalu and bibas are the best they made my day🥰🥰😊😊😊

Had my daughters in there this weekend, they didn’t enjoy the experience what so ever and they definitely didn’t get what I payed for. The nails weren’t shaped properly, they used dirty old nail files and they where told not to talk to one another while getting there nails done. I called to complain and they said to bring them back in. Kinda hard to do, when the girls refuse to go back. Obviously won’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Sadly this was the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. My usual lady is on her holidays so I went to a place I’ve previously been recommended, the owner/manager was gaslighting and very manipulative. Not asking you about certain things and just doing it, then when you express those concerns he will go on the rest of the duration saying how it’s my own fault. The person actually doing my nails was very kind and they look decent.

Avoid at all costs. I dropped in to get my gel set removed and they used the drill to remove but ended up scorching my nail beds. I had red marks under my nail bed and thin spots. My thumb was thinned and ended up splitting like the picture below.

Rude staff. Boss/owner was yelling loudly at staff. Made it uncomfortable. Technician didn’t seem knowledgeable. Won’t be going back
