Oh, WOW!!! Everything is homemade in their kitchen. They are a lovely couple who are the kindest people. When you go in, they immediately make you feel welcome, not like usual customer service welcome, but like you are part of the family welcome.
Then you go home and try the food. It's insanely delicious! The portions are HUGE!! The price is unbeatable!
Oh, we will be back again and again, and we will be telling everyone about this wonderful place.
If you've read this far, go get something delicious for supper from this amazing place tonight!

First time in. Met the owner Mike. Was super nice and explained the operation. Love that everything is made in house. Yes it costs extra but. Youre paying for the better ingredients. I had the Spicy Italian in the picture. Made a little xtra spicy with the pepper flakes. Excellent job!

Horrible customer care.

We ordered 2x donairs, we love the pizza and have always ordered when we don’t wanna cook but wanted to try something new.

First off, upon picking up, I noticed they don’t have the regular rotating/ shaven skewer of donair meat…when we got the food home this all made sense as the small amount of meat in the donair looked like thinly sliced deli meat that had been baked in an oven… not what we were expecting but we still have it a chance. Then, the pita seemed very stale and hard to pull apart. Even the sauce was questionable, not sweet or garlicky. So confused how they can even think it is acceptable to give people that sold as a “donair”

When we called in to give them this feedback and the chance to rectify the situation, the owner (Mike) directly said to me that this was the way they have always made it and that no one complains so they won’t change it. To which I responded I understand but we were unhappy and still hungry and he really
couldn’t care less and proceeded to explain to me what a donair is composed of.

VERY RUDE. Safe to say we won’t be grabbing pizza from here anymore either. It’s one thing to make a bad donair, it’s another to be completely dismissive when a paying customer is dissatisfied.

I truly do like Sabrina‘s pizza and still do. I like supporting the small businesses in Blackfalds.
I am very saddened to place an order January 17, 2025 and then be charged GST on pizza when in fact GST should not have been charged until after February 15, 2025.

Update; Sabrina’s pizza called me next day and rectified the problem, you don’t get this type of service from brand name businesses. Thank you we will be returning to enjoy more of your great food. I have changed my review to five stars as they totally deserve it.

Best poutine (I like to add crispy chicken to it) in the whole Alberta, based on my personal taste. The fries and the gravy are amazing and delicious, try it if you are passing by Blackfalds. Their pizza is a bit pricey, but they put a lot of meet, so the price it justified. Overall great owners and delicious food.

I’m not one to come and write reviews but this is the BEST donair pizza I ever had. Hands down. And I’m picky. Lots of toppings so it’s worth the price.
