Been a member for a little over 20 years with the past changing of hands first G&F now BEEM I'm just done with this place I don't trust any of there staff these days Ill be pulling all my money in cash from there facility tomorrow! Time for a real bank

Proper customer service and upkeep on their premises is seriously lacking. The staff don't seem to care much about new customers, so I opened a corporate account at another financial institution.

Absolutely useless. Wouldn’t exchange CAD to USD for a member of another credit union - first they stated they could only do it for members, when I mentioned I am a member and own shares (confirmed by the teller), the story changed and they would only do it for a member with active accounts.

Closed my accounts years ago due to issues and this just reinforced the decision.

Have been going to this branch for almost 40 years and have almost always had a positive experience. Very personal and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Much better service than the big banks provide.
