Compact rooms but cozy. Loved the self-serve coffee in the lobby, the man at reception was super kind showing us how it worked. Overall an incredibly affordable place for a quick night stay.

We love this little motel we got here in the middle of the night and they let us in by not charging us the night we arrived . Comfortable beds ,quiet ,own entrance. Overall we really loved our stay and will be back in September. This is our go to hotel rather than any other ones when we go to concerts now

My blankets were covered in hair and crumbs, we were offered for them to “lint roll” the bed as a solution. The shower is stained yellow, and overall it was a dirty place. We had to leave due to it being so unsanitary and we were denied a refund. The room also looked nothing like the pictures online.

Well laid out small room. Modern decor. Comfy. A very small fridge and tiny freezer fits one ice pack.

I had asked for a pet friendly room when I booked and was assured it was. Upon arrival, we were told I had not informed them I had a dog. After already paying for the room I had to pay the pet fee - I expected to pay a pet fee however I thought it was included in the price I was quoted when I called.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable, however for the price I would have chosen somewhere else. The bathroom as others mentioned is extremely small. By the time you add in the pet fee it is the same price as a regular hotel.

I used to love this motel and have stayed here many times over the last 25 years. I booked in again a few weeks ago for a four night stay. Unfortunately, I had to book using an online travel site as the owners no longer have someone in the office to book rooms by phone.
When I arrived in Levis, there was a gentleman to greet me. He was extremely nice and showed me the coffee station and exactly where to park my car. Then he told me the wifi was not working and that the TV had some problems as well.
I said it was OK as I have data on my phone.
As I said, this evening attendant was extremely nice and spoke to me in English since my French is my second language.
Unfortunately I got a call later that evening and I decided I had to return home the next day. I spoke with the gentleman in the office and asked if I could cancel my last two nights because I needed to return home quickly the next day.
He said I would have to contact the booking company and the motel and make a request for a refund of two nights even though I only stayed one night out of the four. I had paid the full amounts of well over $450.00 in advance so that I could ensure I could cancel if need be.
I contacted the booking agency when I got back to my room to let them know I had to leave the next morning. I completely understood that I would lose my payment for at least one more night, but I thought it was only fair to get a refund for the final two nights.
The next morning, I dropped into the office to drop my key and let them know again that I was leaving early.
A young woman approached the window and just stood there waiting for me to speak. I told her I was leaving early, and she said nothing. I handed the key forward, and she opened the sliding window about an inch and stuck out her two fingers to take the key as if it were something filthy dirty.
In French, she said I would have to contact the motel through the booking site, turned around, and walked away.
After a five hour drive home, I once again messaged the motel through the booking site to see if I could get a partial refund.
I have not heard back from either the booking site or the motel management.
Initially, I was welcomed upon my arrival. However, the behavior of the female staff person was extremely rude.
Between the staff person's rude behaviour and the lack of communication with the motel, I am very displeased with this business.
The small roo.s at this motel have always been clean and comfortable, and the daily rate is great.
However, the service I received this last visit makes me not want to book this motel for future trips.

Great little retro motel . Room is small but recently updated. Very clean and comfortable with a great view of quebec city across the river. The fellow at the front desk(owner?) was very friendly and spoke English, He had lots of suggestions of where to eat.
