The cashier that’s currently working January 20th, 12:40pm was immediately being aggressively bossy, rude and short with me at the till. She was being impatient about me unloading my basket, and I was not being slow by any means. I let her know that she was coming off “not very nice” so she immediately escalated the situation. When I asked for her name she said it was “Fred” in a rude and mocking tone. I mentioned that some cashiers have asked me to keep it in the basket until they had more room and were ready to which she replayed “they must be young” implying that young people are dumb. There was another cashier present who gave me the name of the manager when I asked. I think this cashier shouldn’t be in customer service. This isn’t the first time she’s been very curt and short with me and my family.

Feeling annoyed after standing in line, got to the till. I realized I forgot my money, went to grab it, came back in and I was told to go back to the end of the line. Like seriously!!!

Great they have a dollar store in blackfalds sin there hours aren't on par with all the other business in the town or with stores in red deer closing at 6 pm on a Sunday is down right outrageous and horribly inconvenient for ppl who have shift work
Guess they don't want to make money
Do better change your hours to match the stores in red deer or like literally every other business located in this Town

Today, July 12th at around 6 pm, I visited this store. I have never been treated more poorly by a cashier in my entire life. She was so rude, so unprofessional. Very disappointing, humiliating. No one deserves to be treated like that. Never will I ever step my foot in that store! And I will never recommend anyone to go there! Your day will be ruined

only ever have one lady on the till with 5-10 people in line and when she requests for more people there are none! all of the people who do restoking are always standing around chatting and leave carts and boxes everywhere!! thought i would give them another chance last night when i went with my daughter and got her a princess lotion and a princes nail art kit, and THE LOTION GAVE HER A CHEMICAL BURN AND A HUGE RASH and when i googled the ingredients on the back of the bottle none of them said they could cause such things!! maybe they have hidden ingredients that they dont list!!

They do not honour prices on the items themselves if they differ from what they have in their computer system. I bought three items with price tags of $4 each and they were scanned at the cashier at $4.50 each. A staff member said they do not have to give the customer the price tag price. Most other businesses such as grocery stores honour the price the customer sees on the shelf no matter what it says in the computer system. This is poor corporate policy, stealing from customers by discrepancies in pricing. I will no longer be a Dollarama customer.
