Clinic is ok. Your experience will vary but mine was good. The receptionists are nice and their online system seems ok now. Had a lot of issues before with their online system. Note that they don't take walk-ins yet. New place and seems to lack seatings.

Worst place. The doctor I had was so rude and unprofessional she told me I look perfectly fine and that my cheeks are red (meaning I don’t have anemia or im perfectly fine) the way she was talking to me you wouldn’t wanna go. I think her name was Maha

I went to this clinic for a checkup, where a random doctor saw me and prescribed the same blood test twice to confirm if I needed medication. However, they never followed up though my results were sent to the clinic. Every time I called, they just told me to wait. Since I urgently needed the medication, I had to get it prescribed through an online consultation. I would never go there again and should have trusted Google reviews instead of wasting three months of my time.

This was my first experience with seeking out help for mental health with doctors. After explaining my life and work situation, my doctor basically told me “life sucks, get over it.” I never felt so dismissed in my life. She didn’t take me serious at all and basically didn’t ask any questions about the situation. It was a very judgemental and none-empathetic situation. This appointment honestly made me feel worse about everything. I’m literally crying in my car outside the clinic having just left my appointment. Dr. Janique Lemarquand is the most unprofessional and rude doctor I’ve ever had the traumatic experience of seeking help from. If you care about your mental health, I recommend not having her as your doctor. Receptionist was nice and the girl that took my blood pressure was kind at least. I’d give this place 0/5 stars if I could due to the experience with the doctor.

Despite the hectic procedures you go through to get a medical appointment and looooong wait to just find an appointment to see a Dr. And get my 12 years old checked and probably a medicine to stop her pain, I was met by the most ignorant so-called "Dr." I have ever met in my entire life, and I lived in 3 different continents.
The level of disrespect from that so-called Dr., and the ignorance, and lack of knowledge to the extent that she refused to give me an excuse letter for my kid's school, she said I need to call GAP for that. The service is horrible, and the lines are huge at the door, with only one receptionist available. Complete loss of time, and I'll have to call to take a different appointment, which is adding load to the system. That ignorant female doctor should get her license suspended because she gets paid a huge amount of money for nothg. With all the negative feedback on the website, I can assure It's ripping of government money. A failure Dr.

Very bad experience!!

I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was unfortunately made to wait for over 2 hours. Despite the significant delay, the doctor only provided a brief, one-minute consultation. When I described my symptoms (which could potentially be serious), the doctor offered no clear diagnosis and simply suggested it might not be serious or that I should go to the hospital. I left the clinic feeling frustrated and confused, with no answers about my pain. So sad after visiting here!!

I love my doctor.
My issue is though… if I need to talk to the receptionist why is it so hard to get through. I called three times yesterday and different times of the day and was placed on hold for 20 minutes each time and never got through.

I called first thing at 8am this morning and it said the lines were busy. Called back at 9 and have been on hold for 20 minutes have yet to speak to anyone!

It shouldn’t be this hard to talk to the receptionist

What a bad clinic, will complain to the Deontology order as well, what a bad doctor. Didn’t listen to what I was saying, was very rude telling me to shut up because I was asking questions, asked if I could get a urine test and said it was not necessary even though my wife doctor suggested I do. Hopefully she does transfer me to a competent doctor, this clinic should close, it’s about seeing as much people and getting RAMQ cards to make money, will never go back, will never recommend. Waiting 12 hours at the Emergency is probably a better idea. You guys sucks.
