Very nice hotel. Our room was nice, remodeled and the beds were super comfy. Loved the black out blinds. The breakfast was good. I agree with another review that the eggs were overcooked and bland.
It was frustrating not having restaurants close by. You have to drive 11-13 mins either to St Catherine or Virgil. But we did like having the outlets close by which we visited one day. I'd definitely stay here again.

What a great find , a beautiful new and modern hotel,only a short drive from Niagara Falls. Large well lit car park and close to various amenities.|The staff were very welcoming and recognised my membership status.|We had a large room with two huge beds , sitting area , small kitchen with fridge , microwave , large desk and buffet ,the shower room was very modern with great toiletries ,the whole suite was spotlessly clean.|We used the pool a few times ,it was warm, spotlessly clean and plenty of towels. |Breakfast had a good selection of cereal ,pastries and cooked food and again friendly ,helpful staff.

We booked our room online, and check-in was easy, staff were very pleasant, professional and most helpful.
Rooms were very clean, neat and comfortable and the free breakfast was perfect start to the day
Very family-friendly.

For dinner, I will recommend the food court at the shopping centre for quick and easy, or to take to your room. Or a site down dine in at the Oaks.

We had a great 2 night stay here on Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. From even prior to check in until we checked out, we have nothing but positive things to say. ||My husband and I and our two teens booked a 2 queen bed room. Since my parents were already booked in an accessible room, I called a couple of weeks prior to arrival to request adjoining rooms, which we were told might be available on a first come, first served basis. My parents arrived to the establishment just prior to 4p.m. checking time and were able to secure our rooms as adjoining. ||Upon arrival, Cosimo was friendly at the check in desk. The room was spotless and located in the middle of the 4th floor. Breakfast on both mornings had enough variety, a little something for everyone. The room was quiet, staff helpful and the location of this hotel is conveniently situated across from the outlets, close to Niagara on the Lake and surrounding wineries, and also a short drive to Niagara Falls. Overall, this was a wonderful weekend away.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel at Labour Day weekend. Room and washroom big and clean. It would be nice with one more chair or 1 more coffee table in the room. No extra blanket in the room neither when my husband got cold chill at night. Breakfast was what to expect for a free breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. I think it is above average for a Holiday Day Inn Express.

A typical Holiday Inn Express experience; clean, comfortable, and reliable. Breakfast was included and quite good, and there’s plenty of free parking. The location is very convenient right off the highway and close to the outlets (if you are a shopping person). The only downside is that there aren’t really any good restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was fine. It was just the breakfast. I had the worst eggs I’ve ever had in my life. They look like popcorn and they tasted like popcorn. Definitely one of the better holiday Inn in the USA they’re usually gross and dirty and disgusting. This one was nice and fresh.

The rooms are clean and very large. Large and comfortable beds. The laundry, gym, and swimming pool were very clean and easy to use. Towels were available at the swimming pool. Very friendly and courteous staff who knew the area and were able to give us great tips for excursions. Small selection of snacks and laundry products available for purchase in the lobby. Free parking. Quiet location.||The breakfast selection could be improved. In particular, the paper plates and plastic cutlery could be replaced with porcelain plates and normal cutlery. Unfortunately, there is no supermarket nearby. A car with a navigation system is essential for excursions and shopping.
