We had a great experience purchasing the hot tub along with the install. We were told we had full 5 year warranty which made our decision easier knowing we'd be covered. Our heater wasn't working properly after 1 year and because we were outside of their 50km radius we had to pay a call out fee. This was never told to us when we purchased the tub. Then they sold my wife the wrong filter and refused to exchange or refund it. The only good thing about Lakeland Artic Spas is the tech guy named Brandon. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. After this review the owner reached out to us and had addressed the issue 100%. We feel confident in future service with Lakeland Artic Spas.

Been waiting over a year for hot tub repairs. Even though there's been some fixes, they're costing me and still nothing but problems. There's another hot tub guy in town now. Going to look him up.

Don't bother spending your money here drive all the way to Edmonton!!! The customer service from the owner is horrible and the sales individual we purchased our spa from lied on a few occasions about the spa features. I sent an email to the owner on April 1/22 and it is Apr 11/22 with absolutely no response. Purchased a new $45K swim spa and it has been problem after problem. I am very understanding things can go wrong but the lack of customer service from Lakeland Arctic Spas and the problems we have had with a new $45K spa is 0 out of 5 stars. We would return for full refund if we could...

Service is great and the girls up front are always willing to help.
They specialize in hit tubs. But they also have a wife variety of smokers, accessories, pellets, spices and rubs.
100 percent my goto place for my smoker pellets.

We brought our Hot Tub in to get serviced in Aug 2017. in hopes that by bringing it to them it would get serviced sooner. We left out flatbed trailer there with the hot tub on it in their storage yard. They said it would be ready at the end of September. That came and went, we were then told end of October, finally in the last week of November they told us they tried to fix it but couldn't identify the problems. We came to pick up the hot tub on Dec 8, 2017 only to find that our trailer was damaged along with our hot tub while they were in their storage yard.
UPDATE Dec 28, 2017:
The owner has been in contact with us and has been cooperative in working towards a resolution. I will update once a final resolution is reached.
