Stopped in for a battery and was "greeted" by a snarl from an older woman saying what's that!! I said its a battery she rolled her eyes and said for what car, told her and she said no its not! I said it came new with car, she asked how do you know....cause I bought it new and never replaced it i said....she told me I don't know what im talking about...lmfao!! I picked up my battery and went to carquest!! Got the same deal and a better battery! Plus counter people were quite friendly unlike that troll.

Every time i had an odd or unusual car part need, which i've looked everywhere else for unsuccessfully, these guys have it. So many times i've needed a strange part or fluid, cant find it anywhere, these guys have it for cheaper then i can find online. Been going here for all most 10 years always have the parts I need at great prices same day, that after noon or next day. The staff are awesome people and they know there stuff and are a great help every time. One of the only non franchise car parts locations in St catharines, Raco is a place where the owner works on the counter and answers phones. Spectacular prices and even if they don't have the part they will find it for you.
