I have been attending Beauty and the Brit for facials for a couple of years. I love how I am treated by Dianne; warm, friendly, caring. Such a beautiful person. And she makes me feel beautiful. I thoroughly recommend her. It helps that she speaks my language, too. From one Brit to another!!

I would just like to say how considerate, professional and lovely the owner is. I called to see if I could purchase a GC for a Christmas gift for my aunt over the phone. This was a seamless purchase and she even offered to hand deliver it to my aunt who lives in Summerland. I live In Pitt Meadows BC and so this made my day. I know my Aunt will be very appreciative and will love her experience at the salon in the New year. Thank you!!!

I have had facials in many places around the world, and have developed pretty high standards for what I expect in a traditional European facial treatment. Dianne is terrific and I have now been going to her regularly for a couple of years to help keep my skin in good condition. I don't need fancy surroundings, just the basics, using quality, pure ingredients and knowledgeable care. I can highly recommend Beauty & the Brit!

Awesome spa! Myself, daughters and granddaughters have had numerous treatments with Di, facials, manicures, pedicures, hot stone massages, piercings, waxing, eyelash and brow tinting. Always enjoyable to visit with her and indulge in pampering ourselves. I highly recommend Beauty & the Brit.

Dianne is always so wonderful to see, she makes you feel like your the Queen of the world with her pampering, she's always so warm and welcoming and it's the best to have a good laugh with. My spirits are always lifted after my time with her and me toes never looked better!! Highly recommend

Got the cartilage on my ear pierced by Dianne here, super impressed with how sanitary, painless and communicative my experience was. I am amazed by the amount of services offered through her spa followed by great prices which is definietly tough to find here in Okanagan. 10/10 recommend!

Nice lady.. but asked why she was doing my cartilage with a piercing gun and not a sharp needle? She said it didn't matter. It does. I had to remove both piercings out of the ear and on top of that I have permanent hard bumps on the back of my ear now from where she burst my cartilage.
