My husband frequents here so I am reviewing on his behalf. 5 stars for service and staff (they recognize my husband as a regular, ask his opinion and even have given him juice samples to try out..which he LOVES!!..(he doesn't go to many places and being treated so well makes him really love coming here)..now unfortunately for the bad..very pricy compared to the city or online, and for people who really know what they are doing..not all staff is completely educated so sometimes you might be given false information. We do really love this place and will continue to shop there!

Have been to a significant amount of cigar shops. Lived in Calgary for years so have had a chance to experience the service at even the ultra premium shops like ziggaren. No one takes the time to really go through blends and wrapper differences. Understand what your looking for and explain their recommendations. Extremely well versed knowledge of the product and selection of cigars.

Also have a loyalty program which I found interesting. There's no where else to get cigars in town so you'd think it wouldn't make sense. Its something that no cigar shop even in Calgary with a decent amount of competition has implemented.

All in all, the guy I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the business tactics are on point and the interior fit and finish is fantastic especially considering its location.

The lighthouse specialty smoke shop in Bonnyville has THE best selection of cigars around!

Im a big fan of Cuban cigars and they are hard to come by these days, so I’ve had to switch it up I’ve checked three cigar shops in Edmonton, one in Leduc, and 2 in Saskatoon and their selection of ANY cigars is not great!

The lighthouse is by far the best hands down, plus the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when selecting the right cigar for you!!!!

Thanks to the staff, Nicaraguan cigars are now one of my favourite!! Who

I’m not in Bonnyville very often but this place is an absolute must stop. Even if it’s to grab one stick to pass the day after a picnic. The owner is the salt of the earth and the staff are bomb af. Wish there were more places like this around AB. Cheers to all.
