Very authentic and hearty food. To start I got chips and salsa then I had the pulled pork burger which came with fries and I also got the soup and cherry lemonade. Service was wonderful, very nice and friendly. I very much appreciate when they have chips and salsa and it was delicious. The burger was an absolute 10/10, the fries were a bit greasy. The soup was good and the bowl was huge, very large portion of soup, I’m not complaining though! I really loved the cherry lemonade, also in a nice sized cup, very good portioning there. The restaurant could use some updates and there was some grammar errors in the menu but the foods so authentic these types of things add to the Mennonite cuisine authenticity

Best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico, the service is great too.

Only two issues I have with the place are number one. It’s a little expensive and number two. They don’t have a liquor license.

Back when it was still under the previous owners and called la hacienda it was great. Awesome food awesome prices. But ever since taco loco bought it in my opinion the quality has suffered. The prices are absolutely ridiculous now as well my favorite dish that used to be 12 bucks is now 21 which i cant find a justification for. Theres maybe 1 or 2 items on the dinner menu under 20 bucks. And dont get me wrong the food is still decent but its not as good as it used to be and not worth the crazy prices in my opinion.

Absolutely delicious food and pizzas, would recommend this place to anyone. The new owner also added Music already which makes the environment much better.

Right from walking in, we were greeted by a friendly young lady who was also our server. Chips and Pico salsa were offered while we waited for our meals. Eggs rancheros and tortilla soup were excellent.
We're from out of town but still close enough that we'll definitely be back.

Service sucked. Ordered food and never seen the waitress again until order was delivered. She did bring us a starter of chips but they were ice cold pulled out of refrigerator. Asked for a menu to order takeout. She brought the menu and disappeared again. No salsa in the whole place. Had to go back to the kitchen myself and ask for sour cream and hot sauce so my food wasn’t so bland and dry. All in all, bland food, extremely poor service, floor being swept around our table while we were trying to eat.

My wife and I were on our way back to Lethbridge after some hiking at Red Rock. We had passed La Hacienda on the way and stopped by for a bite on the way home. My wife ordered the beef tacos (4) and I had the Beef Burritos with Mexican rice and refried beans.

The food was served hot and very fresh, the lettuce was just grated as it was not soggy or discolored. I shared my rice and beans and my wife shared two of her tacos. On the way out we also bought 2 homemade cinnamon buns to take home.

I highly advise if you are passing through to stop in and enjoy some authentic Mexican food and great service.
