I have been going to Ashley for a couple years now and she is nothing short of amazing, consistently. I feel welcome in her chair, the conversation happens organically and I leave feeling beautiful with a full heart. She recently installed extensions for my wedding (and let’s be honest, they are just a lot of fun) and the entire experience from start to finish was flawless. She executed my vision perfectly, the color, the installation, and made sure that when I left I got exactly what I wanted. I can’t say enough good things about her, and The Salon itself; it is very welcoming with positive feel good vibes.

As a client and a friend of Trish and the girls, I want to acknowledge the incredible service The Salon offers. You are greeted with the warmest welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They consult with you with knowledgeable advice on the best options for your hair type. And any limitations, if you had previous treatments, your hair color or type. Every experience I’ve had, I always leave feeling well pampered and beautiful!

Also having a business in the community I feel it’s important to speak to a negative review recently provided. We have also had an unfortunate experience with this person. There was no personal responsibility (despite its being very obvious) for what happened and she came in- correction, she had her boyfriend come in and give us a friendly reminder the consequences of bad word of mouth and reviews can do to a small business. Ultimately, we are often left to take the hit and the other side of the story is never told.

My first thought would be to tell the Trish it’s not personal and one bad review doesn’t matter. But, when you’re a good person and you care about the service and experience people have in your store- it’s hard to not let it be personal. And Trish is an amazing person and would have done (did do!) everything she could to make the situation right- regardless if that person is just trying to take advantage of her.

I hope this girl shows some maturity and removes her review- because he doesn’t deserve the platform. And I hope everyone that loves The Salon show them some extra love - because they deserve it!

The atmosphere is relaxed and it is super clean. The hairstylists are friendly and seem to actually care about their clients. Whenever I've been there the results are beautiful. I absolutely love this salon and recommend it to anyone who is interested!!
