Was in here 10 days ago to get a full set of nail extensions. By day 8, 5 nails lifted and 2 came off. The young lady also didn’t file them properly and used the wrong size nails on three fingers. I understand people are learning there. But full price paying customers shouldn’t be getting practiced on. The owner or the lady that usually sits closest to the exit does a great job but a couple of the other girls not so much. If you have people learning maybe charge less to clients seated with them. And give your customers a choice. It’s the same in hairdressing. New stylists charge less until they get really good. Just my two cents.

Update: Tina did a whole new set of nails for me to make up for the ones in original post. She did a great job. She made my day. Thank you for fixing them. I appreciate you. I am going to change the 2 stars to 5 🥳

This nail salon is PHENOMENAL. I called to book a same day apt and the lady booked me for 7 pm even though that's when they close (first green flag that's so sweet). They also called me in earlier because something opened up which was really nice. The nails were so beautiful and the lady ( I'm sorry I don't know her name) took like 45 min to do them when usually mine take like an hour and a half and also gave me a hot towel/massage. To top it off I got designs on ALL of my nails and was charged the base price with taxes and it was about $20 less expensive then what I usually pay for less designs and way better. I am so so happy with this place and I'm sad I live in Calgary because I would come here to get my nails done all the time. Thanks for the great service! I will come back everytime I'm in brooks. (She also did my nails exactly like the photo I brought in the first photo is my nails and the second is the photo I brought her just the lighting is different)

I just had one of the best pedicures I've ever had. Every part of it was so comfortable and relaxing, and the technician did a great job. I left feeling great, toes looking cute, and the best part was that it was very affordable.

I went to Divine Nails as part of my bachelorette party before my wedding. We all had mani/pedis and the service was amazing. They have a huge selection of colours and designs, and the massage chairs are to die for. The service was incredible and all the technicians were SO friendly. They made this a really fun experience and I cannot recommend Divine Nails enough!
