Tried out Shawarma Country for the first time after being open for a while now. My wife tried the chicken shawarma and I had the beef Donair.
I enjoyed my Donair it was a decent size for being a large, I didn't notice if they offered a cheese option but that would be good. My said hers was just ok the taste of chicken wasn't quite to her liking. But all in all 30 bucks for two large shawarma it's just as good as any other. There staff are nice and friendly and also offered a simple while waiting. I personally think it's better then the place down the street hands down. The atmosphere was pretty good liked the music sounds nice not to loud and not to low. Only issue I found was the seating area isn't big guy friendly and I not that big of person couldn't seat in the table properly. Would I recommend this place yes yes I would the have good selection of items on the menu and pricing is pretty good.

The staff here were very polite and attentive. Every time I come here the food was 10/10! The platter, donair and shawarmas all provide a great customization and tender meat. If you are looking for various ways to eat Mediterranean food this is the place to go.

I’ve had the chance to stop by Shawarma County a few times and it’s been a fantastic experience each visit. I’ve tried their salad options, donair plate, and especially loved their unique in-house garlic and hot sauces a fusion of Mediterranean and Mexican flavors. The rice was flavorful, and the consistency was perfect, making it a great combination overall. The chicken wrap also had generous portions and tasted amazing. Their customer service is top-notch, always going above and beyond to ensure customers have a wonderful experience. Keep up the amazing work, guys!

The best shawarma place I've been to in a long time. I've tried their chicken shawarma, mixed plate and falafel. Everything was delicious. Not to mention the excellent customer service of the owner and staff as well. The service was very fast and the place is well maintained too.

Amazing Shawarma & Poutine – A Must-Try Spot!

I recently discovered this fantastic shawarma and poutine spot, and I am blown away! If you’re a fan of flavorful, juicy shawarma and perfectly cooked poutine, this place is a must-visit.

The shawarma is seasoned to perfection, tender, and packed with flavor. The toppings are fresh, and all the handmade sauces are simply out of this world—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. They also give you generous portions, so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth.

As for the poutine, it’s hands down one of the best I’ve had. The fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside, smothered in rich gravy—it’s not just a side dish, it’s an experience.

What really made this visit special, though, was the hospitality. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and you could really feel their passion for what they do.

I recently moved from England and I was craving for a chicken shawarma wrap. Loved the shawarma and the garlic sauce they had. I'm really happy that they were able to serve 13 of us so quickly. It was very filling and worth the money.

I plan to go here again next time I visit Brooks.

I tried the large shawarma, mixed grill platter, and donair wrap, and every dish was fantastic. However, the mixed grill platter and donair wrap stood out as my favourites—packed with flavour and cooked to perfection.

Heard good reviews about their poutines, will try those next time. If you're craving a satisfying meal, this place should be at the top of your list. Trust me, you won’t want to miss out!
