La chambre sentait l'humidité et la vieille fumée de cigarette, malgré le fait que c'était une chambre non-fumeurs. La connexion Wifi était difficile à atteindre, mais avec patience on réussissait à la longue.|Meubles et tapis défraîchis. |Seul point positif, mais un bon: les lits étaient excellents.

1) Le personnel s'est montré très courtois et nous a rendu service en nous donnant accès à la salle à manger à 5h30 AM, soit avant son ouverture (6h00 AM). Nous avons ainsi pu déjeuner avec nos provisions avant de prendre l'avion.|2) Le service de navette était à l'heure et nous a rendu grand service.| |3) Notre grande déception: personne ne pouvait nous parler en français.

Choisi pour passer une nuit entre 2 avions. Je ne sais pas 'il y a mieux pour moins cher autour de l'aéroport...||Ressemble plutôt à un motel : accueil et chambre assez basiques.||Pas de restaurant : il faut sortir dans ce zoning résidentiel/commercial pour trouver 2-3 restaurants.||Chambre assez dépouillée, mais bonne literie. ||Débit Internet très moyen : impossible de regarder un flux video continu.||Positif : shuttle bus gratuit pour l'aéroport, petit déjeuner compris

The outside of the hotel is dated, so I didn't know what to expect. But I was surprised to find the inside well kept and clean. I have no complaints. The room was clean and inexpensive.

I stayed here because I had an early flight and the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport.

Although location is great from travel to and from the airport. They rent rooms for longer stays...and I had a man and woman fight all night above me. I called guest services and was told they would talk to them. Called again at 3 am to say they were still fighting..and ALL I was told was I'm sorry. We will talk to them again.
I checked out and paid a 200$ room deposit and was told they would refund within 24 hrs. I flew home out of province and called and was told with in 36 hours it would be returned.
It's now been 8 days so I called again and once again told give it a few more days.
So a room that was used for 9 hours as my flight was delayed /cancelled for weather in Toronto and needed a room to sleep for a bit..was told 78$..and charged 278$...expensive 9 hr sleep..should have just stayed at the airport.
Didn't even eat as my flight was early and the breakfast didn't start till 6am.
Don't recommend. Poor customer service

If you want to be treated like you and your business are worth nothing this is the place to go to, night shift East Indian man was very rude, yelling to the top of his lungs and even threatened to kick us out for something that was his mistake saying and I quote “this I my family owned business I could kick you out now or tomorrow if I wanted to” and just that morning I had paid for a 7 day stay 🙃
Moving forward to a few days later, another guest (clearly unhappy) left the bath running causing our room to start flooding from the roof, well we didn’t got a different room, they refused to move us and their only solution was to throw some dirty towels on the floor telling us to not use the bathroom 🤨 clearly an horrible experience, save yourself some disgust and don’t stop by there, also needed to add, the room keepers are super nice people all of them where kind and also the morning guy was awesome. I won’t even talk about the “breakfast” lol all staled bread and milk that was pretty much it
