George and Rita were both great and made me quite comfortable. They took time to explain the treatment and are quite knowledgeable about skin care products. I was in to see Cassandra before the lockdown for a facial. I had a ton of questions and she answered all of them and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was so professional and very warm and comforting in a situation where I was new and a little uncomfortable.
