I was told an hour for delivery, no big deal. An hour and a half later I called to check where our order was and was told "we are really busy, it will be another half an hour"
The pizza showed up finally, cold and wrong. I ordered a cheese pizza for the vegetarian child and received two pizzas covered in meat. Call to ask them about it and I'm told it will be another 45 minutes for a new pizza but they will fully refund my order. My husband goes down there instead to pick it up and is offered someone else's order to make up for the mistake. He says he won't do that to someone else tonight and he will wait. They then try to offer us an in store credit only, absolutely not.
In the end they only refunded us for the one pizza, stating we were getting a free pizza out of the mess. Meanwhile everyone ate cold pizza except for the vegetarian of course. Absolutely will not be returning, such a shame, we were loyal customers from day 1!

“Amazing Pizza and Fantastic Service!”

I was at this pizza place yesterday with my family, and we had an incredible experience. We ordered a Meat Lover and a Bacon Mushroom pizza, and both were absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crisp, and the toppings were fresh and generous. You could really taste the quality in every bite.

I’ve had their Gluten-Free and Cauliflower Crust pizzas in the past as well, and they were equally amazing. It’s great to see a place that offers delicious options for everyone, regardless of dietary needs.

The parking was convenient, making it easy to get in and out, which was a nice bonus. The owners were incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff at friends pizza are the best! We have never been disappointed with the service and quality of pizza. Always friendly & fast! We also placed a pickup order in order to be entered into the christmas draw, however they were super busy and my husband decided to not cause further work and left without filling out the ballet. I decided to reach out and they helped us get one filled out over the phone and we ended up winning first prize!

FRIENDS PIZZA serves some of the best pizza I’ve had. Perfect crust, fresh toppings, and great flavor.

The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy and clean. Prices were fair for the quality. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

The new owner is extremely rude. I was trying to explain a reasonable issue to him and he not only interrupted me but continued to raise his voice as to speak over me completely and then turned around and ignored me until I left. Not friendly by any means and should not be in customer service at all. Love the food but not willing to come back and order from someone who cares so little about how customers are treated.

Ordered from this place several times now hoping to support local business and generously tip for the service in our small town. But I’ve been disappointed over and over. They got my orders wrong so many times and one time I waited 1.5 hour for delivery. When I spoke to who seemed the manager he was nothing but rude and argumentative, calling me wrong. I’m a regular customer, honestly expected better.

For those reasons this place is overpriced, awful service and foods just fine. 100 percent order elsewhere if you have a party or specific order requests. Lots of other great local restaurants with similar menu options

The owner was really helpful and provided a great customer service, I didn’t knew what to order but he was patient and helped and recommended the meat lover pizza and I loved it, I will be coming back.
