Not a great experience at all, I wish I read reviews before booking this, as a lot of them were bang on with it not being great.
For the price you pay, you expect a top notch experience, which this was far from.
My wife & I booked a couples massage, which we were wanting to be a relaxing time away from our kids. The massage room was far from relaxing, the floor was dirty & my RMT seemed like they were out to put me in pain, even though I would tense up & mention it was painful. My wife mentioned that her RMT was good, which I am happy about. Other than that, this was far from the relaxation experience we were hoping for. This is not at all worth it, especially for the $. Book somewhere else.

Every time I'm in Banff I always come here for dinner or lunch. The view is amazing at the restaurant. If you're there when the tables are set on the balcony I highly recommend that area to sit.

The food is always perfect. Drinks are amazing especially their homemade lemonade is 100% perfect.

I must say don't forget to order their desserts. They are really delicious.

Price wise this is much better than any other 5 star dining. Can't compare the food quality,price and view to anywhere else in the area.

The pastry store also sells really nice deserts other than the restaurant's.

Used this an option to the Upper Hot springs during the busy holiday period as the Upper hot springs were chocka full. It was like human soup.
Rimrock spa = $30pp for non residents - nearly double that of the hot springs, but one does have the use of hot-tub, swimmingpool, Sauna, steamroom, gym and towels! Plus one is not stood shoulder to shoulder in the pool!!

An excellent massage but not worth the price. We thought it was $200 for the couples massage, not $200 per person. We thought that $420 for our massages was pretty high even for a nice place like this. Excellent service and nice people though!

We come here at least once a year for a couples massage, great relaxing atmosphere, can't beat the view being on top of a mountain. Staff is always friendly and massages are always great!

My partner and I had the pleasure of getting massages at the Rimrock spa the other day. What an incredible treat this spa was. From the soothing atmosphere, stunning views and thoughtful details the entire experience was worth it all. Plus two incredible massages from Samantha and Cheryl, we did not want to leave. A must on your next Banff visit.

Not worth the $$$.
I’ve had better massages.
They did give my partner some perks (like a heat wrap) but never offered anything to myself.
The customer service was not great (especially for the price of a massage)

My husband's experience was great, mine however felt as though I'd personally angered the masseuse. She was very abrupt and abrasive with my body, my skin hurts on my head from her tugging at my temples. The hand massage was the opposite, I barely felt a thing, there was no pressure. My legs hurt from her pinching my skin. The wrap was rushed the scrub was very fast. I felt as though I couldn't say anything as she seemed like she was just trying to get through the experience as fast as possible and didn't have any time for me. I have had massages before and know what it's supposed to feel like. It felt awkward at the desk when asked how it was as she was right there. This was a painful experience and was not worth the money we spent. I did compare with my husband who felt like he had a better experience so I feel like it's up to who you get.
