Candace did a wonderful job with my husband's haircut! It was very stylish. Georgia gave my dry hair a great cut too and finished it up with a smoothing gloss product and blowout. She turned my straw hair into silk.

Patchy work
Sold me used shampoo bc when I opened it the seal wasn’t on it I notice it after I checked the conditioner
Overprice tbh as well
I think after all my attempts of finding a new hairdresser i rather cut my own hair

Owner assured me that she would oversee apprentice for a full head of foils. Unfortunately, apprentice did not have a clue what she was doing and 6.5 hours and 3 chemical treatments later I walked out of the salon paying full price and my hair feels like straw and the result is not what I had asked for. Owner did not oversee and I absolutely do not recommend this business.

So I'm not from Terrace, so I booked an appointment and the person who was going to be cutting my hair seemed extremely new. (Nothing against her, everyone starts somewhere). When she went to wash my hair, the water was cold- so I told her and she fixed it- fair enough. She missed washing a large part of my roots and and I told her so- and she fixed it-all good.
I was sort of uneasy to have her doing my hair because it seemed like maybe she could use a few more hours under the guidance of a more senior stylist. Again, nothing against her- we all have to start somewhere, right?
So the issue I have is that when I said I didn't really feel comfortable, and I said I'd pay for the hair wash ($13).....the front desk said the manager would call me to follow up.
So I waited, no call. I called back the next day and they said she would call me-she didn't. I finally followed up with an email hoping that would be answered- nothing. I totally understand with having a newer hairdresser and I have no issues with that, I just wish that the manager would have followed up with me.

Sam is the best I will not trust anyone else to trim my beard and she’s so good with my daughter my daughter just fell in love with her she always makes you feel at home all staff at Sitka are amazing and do their jobs amazingly highly highly recommend Sitka salon&spa
