Le personnel était très poli et accommodant. Le logement était très propre et l'arrondissement était parfait....près des restos, des épiceries, boutiques. Tout se faisait à pied. Le calme et les consignes étaient bien suivis de tous. Le lit des chambres confortables et suffisamment grand pour notre groupe familial.

We selected Basecamp Banff for our annual ski trip as a group of 7 friends. From the days leading up to our stay all the way through our checkout, the staff at Basecamp were great at communicating what to expect and made sure we had everything we needed. Our group selected their largest 3 bedroom suite. The space was large, nicely decorated, cozy and well appointed with everything we needed. Basecamp also coordinated access to their ski storage room just a few doors down from our unit. We also appreciated the cabinet in the hallway with extra supplies such as soap, paper towels, etc. Access was a breeze with digital codes that allowed us to check in late and give our group independence vs. having to keep up with a single physical key. The location can't be beat, we were able to walk to all nearby attractions and the ski shuttle was only block away. I highly recommend Basecamp for your stay in Banff!

We were here Christmas week so pricing was incredibly elevated.||Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our two bedroom suite was spotlessly clean and modern. The rooftop hot tub was AMAZING and we were surprised to find that we had it to ourselves nearly every night (this was very unexpected due to the time of year!). The view of the mountains from our room was quite beautiful.||Location would be hard to beat - right in the middle of town and a five minute walk to the collection areas for many of the tours (the high school and the train station). The IGA is literally next door, there are two liquor stores within a few hundred metres and so many food options that you are spoiled for choice.||It operates on a self check in model. Great for privacy but it does feel a bit impersonal compared to other hotels. You help yourself to additional amenities and staff are available by phone if necessary. There seemed to be someone usually manning the front desk but they are in a separate office so we didn't really talk to them until it was time to check out.||All that said, I'm not sure that I would stay here again. It's modern but is definitely missing a bit of the charm and personal service that we saw in other Canadian hotels (especially at Christmas time). The beds were really comfortable but oddly warm. They seemed to retain body heat just where you were laying - it was to the point that my son ended up opening the window in December just so that he could sleep.||Overall it was a really nice stay but we paid an absolute premium for it. For the price I think I'd consider other options if we were to return to Banff again. Christmas pricing was more expensive than many of the other highly rated hotels that we'd been considering (Moose etc) and it didn't knock my socks off in the way that I had hoped.

We had a tremendous stay at Basecamp Suites Banff! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the modern yet cozy design, which perfectly complements the stunning mountain surroundings.

The suite was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals, and the cozy living space felt like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location was unbeatable— right in the heart of Banff, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, and trails.

Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking comfort, style, and a true Banff experience. Can’t wait to return!

Accommodations were splendid and the hotel staff were amazing. My sons enjoyed the hot tubs each evening after long days of skiing. I only wish the parking garage was able to accommodate larger vehicles. Outside of that the Barker family has no complaints. Excellent stay.

Room was reasonably sized for our group however images on website give impression of much larger living space. In addition, kitchen cutlery. utensils and crockery were lacking. Front desk service was variable, insufficient information regarding ski storage and reluctance to proactively assist with requests.
Bedroom 1 had bedbug infestation which was detected during stay and communicated via email once confirmed and no response from establishment( very disappointing and unacceptable as following guests will be impacted)

The Basecamp Suites are ideally located, with every amenity you could need within walking distance. The attached parkade is perfect for keeping your car warm and snow-free, whether you’re heading out to explore the stunning lakes around Banff or hitting the slopes at one of the amazing Big 3 ski hills!

We loved being able to return to our accommodation after a day on the hill, cook dinner together in our own space, and enjoy each other's company over a glass of wine. Afterward, we relaxed in the rooftop hot tubs, watching the sunset over the breathtaking mountain views.

Not only was the location and accommodation top-notch, but the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any questions.

Basecamp Banff, I’m officially your biggest fan—and I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for an unforgettable experience! ❤️
