Excelent service, déco recherché style les années 60 réinterprétées au goût des années +2020. Loby spacieux, lumi.eux, très invitant et convivial, avec plusieurs espaces dédiés aux activités pour tous lesâges. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel il y a un espace pour la détente spa/pool/piscine avec l'eau chauffée à 40°C, c'est vraiment wow, les meubles d'extérieur, le choix de la musique d'ambiance, les foyers, les serviettes disponibles en.tout le temps, c'est un espace ouvert aussi pour détente nocturne jusqu'à 23h00. C'est un hôtel propre, en couleurs claires, qui fait note apparte des tous les autres hôtels à Banff, qui sont en style "chalet suisse veillot". Le personnel est aimable, souriant et disponible. Le matin, en prenant votre café à la réception, on peut observer parfois des biches en haut de la rue en face ou dans les jardins des maisons en face. Les chambres ont la majorité est des vues sur les montagnes et/ou la piscine. Bien insonorisé pour ne pas se faire dérangé par la musique de la piscine. On est très contant de ce choix. Machine à vapeurs pour repasser les vêtements, un mini -frigo en style année 60, tout est réfléchi dans le design intérieur et extérieur. On trouvait, qu'il n'y avait pas assez des commentaires positifs, malgré ses points forts. On ne sait pas quoi dire pour les points "moins forts" pour l'instant. On est ici pour 1 semaine et ils nous reste encore 3 nuits, mais on devrait déjà en cibler s'il y en avait. On recommande Moxy chaleureusement.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel.
La décoration est superbe, tant dans le hall que dans les chambres. Les piscines chauffées ouvertes jusqu’à 23h sont vraiment un plus. Le cocktail de bienvenue est très apprécié !

Seul petit bémol : le matelas est un peu trop ferme.

Le troisième soir, nous avons eu une fuite d’eau dans la chambre. Le personnel a été très réactif et a réglé le problème, en nous proposant même un cocktail au choix en guise de compensation.

Merci à toute l’équipe, notre séjour était parfait !

L’hôtel est génial, si vous avez une GRANDE chambre. Pour les chambres d’entrée de game ne sont pas du tout confortables. La tête du lit donne quasi directement dans les toilettes, aucune intimité, aucune prise proche du lit. Si vous avez une grande chambre tout change !!!
Le personnel est intentionné et fera tout pour vous satisfaire.
Il n’y a aucun avantage pour les mener platinum Marriott( petit déjeuner, lounge).
L’hôtel reste très agréable même si c’est le plus éloigné du centre de banff. Comptez un bon 15 à 20 minutes de marche pour arriver au centre ville 🙂

Had a great stay for 5 nights. Had a room with one king bed and two bunk beds. Had everything we needed and if we did want something, you can grab it from the lockers in the hallways (irons, kettles, etc). Great staff, great vibe, really cool place. Some good things to know……

There is toaster, microwave, tea, coffee, water in the lobby area. Great if you make own breakfast
Free shuttles to the 3 main ski mountains.
Free bus passes into town (or walk 15 mins).
Free lockers for all your ski stuff.
You can pay for parking however…… loads of free parking behind hotel or on main street.
Good happy hour drinks at bar.
Free gummy worms and pretzels all day long 🙂
A fast food joint and convenience store next door to hotel.
Two outdoor pools. One a jacuzzi.

If we ever come to Banff again, this would be only place we would stay.

Pros:
- Upon arrival we were given a room that was poolside. We requested more quiet setting and without resistance given a new room.
- Clean!
- Quiet, even facing Banff Ave
- Comfortable bed and pillow
- It’s nice that if you need an extra amenity like towels, there are storage closets that you can access.

Cons:
- The complimentary drink is not for any drink of your choice, it’s for their single signature drink. False advertising.
- As others mentioned, surfaces and drawers are not really present. Be prepared to hang everything on the wall hooks.
- Parking is tight and not all truly covered.
If bathroom privacy is of utmost importance this hotel is not for you.
- Charging/outlets may not be convenient to the bedside.
- our first room had the ski lift chair literally covering the bedside table.

Came to Moxy’s today with my partner and was greeted by the front desk, Karl, with a warming smile. He definitely exceeded our expectations and was very welcoming! Definitely never experienced such amazing customer service from a hotel before.

We stayed at the bar for a little bit and our bartender, Paras, served us the entire evening. He was super accommodating & even recommended a cocktail for myself which I loved!!

Absolutely love the atmosphere with the DJ, he definitely knew the right music to play based on the vibes of this place. The lobby was absolutely unique and the egg swings were fun!

Highly recommend this hotel! The location is stunning (of course!) and the rooms were well thought out and interesting. We stayed in a king suite, which had amazing views, could comfortably sleep 6, and had all the amenities we needed. The lobby and bar area are vibrant with lots of activities for everyone. All the staff (cleaners, check-in, bar, etc) are super helpful and friendly. My daughter and I stayed here as a graduation celebration and the staff went over and above to make sure our experience felt special. We will definitely be returning and have already recommend the Moxy to others!

We had a great 2 night stay at the Moxy. Previously stayed at Canalta next door, but thought we'd give this new hotel a shot.
The rooms are super funky and fun. Retro feel but modern. The lobby is great to hang out in. Very rarely do we want to sit in the hotel lounge for a drink but they do a great job of drawing you in, with the central bar, tons of seating and games. The 2 hot tubs were great as well, with a huge outdoor lounge area. The people who designed this hotel understand how to do lighting and atmosphere.

Best of all was the service, this is by far the best we have ever been treated by hotel staff, especially Carl who took our reservation over the phone and checked us in.
We will 100% stay here again in the future.
Small note, the hotel is a bit of a walk 15-20 min from downtown, but we love walking so it wasn't an issue for us. We did take a cab when it was too cold and only waited 2 min and pricing was reasonable.
